I would not recommend them to anyone. I get so aggravated when you “repair” my vehicle and return it to me as if I don’t see the sloppy job you did. I don’t even have a trained eye and I see the problems. Then Jennifer gives me the “nice nasty” attitude of “I’ll see what I can do!” “I’m not sure if we can do anything with that!” 2nd trip Back! And still more parts have to be ordered! Horrible experience! (The picture with the circles is their Second attempt at buffing out the problem areas!! Shows the quality of their work!!)

Used this center because the person that hit me had Geico and this was a Geico preferred location. Body work was fine, customer service not so much. When I go in my car all of the mats were turned over, the car was barely vacuumed, and later I discovered they'd broken a cover off the interior and just threw it under the car seat! Ridiculous! When I called to share my experience I was told that they don't do full details! Is that all you have to say?! I wasn't expecting a full detail, however if you are going to clean my car do a thorough job and forget it about it. What she didn't understand was that small detail was very telling. A part was broken and it didn't seem to really matter. Would never use them again. Nalley Collision in Marietta did work on my car a while ago and everything was done perfectly! If I ever have to use a body shop again, that's where I'm going!

I got my car inspected there . The man got mad because I didn't want to get my car service their so the delayed the process. If you don't do what they want you to do . They get attitudes. If you not planning on letting them fix your car do go their for an estimate. They will delay the process and get mad..

What an amazing group of people here. I purchased my car a month ago with Rodney at the morrow location and had a small issue and spoke with Andre and he sent me to the collision center and completely exceeded my expectations!!! Kavin helped me when I arrived and was so nice and professional, I highly recommend Toyota South seriously. I have never had such incredible customer service even after you have purchased your vehicle!! Toyota South I love y'all!!! Hats off!!!

I had my 2017 toyota camry fixed for a driver side trunk collision. After we got the car back, the paint was very good. However, bumper cover was not installed correctly. that was the first thing we noticed. After the resent rain, the trunk filled with water in the driver side corner. It has been hard to get someone to help.
