First time here and was expecting a expensive touristy place. To our great surprise we had a very cozy, friendly and enjoyable dinner. All our food came out timely, correct and good. A great view with reasonable prices made it a perfect evening with our friends.

We ate lunch here recently. The food was good, portions so large we couldn't finish them. Our server was very attentive, cheerful and right on top of things. We will definitely eat here again.

The atmosphere and view of the ocean is spectacular. The service, not so much. We ordered 2 hamburgers which, by the way, came with nothing. No garnish, no condiments, and we ordered fries to share, which we had to pay extra for. Instead of a basket of fries, which we thought would be reasonable since we paid an extra $2.50 for them, we got a hand full of fries on one plate. We waited 50 minutes for the 2 hamburgers to be served to us while patrons who came in after us were served their meals.
We frequented this restaurant before Hurricane Irma and always had an A plus experience. We will give them the benefit of the doubt that they are trying to get back on their feet after the storm, however, they need to game up on their service and reconsider charging for fries when a hamburger is ordered. Nothing is less impressive than paying a good amount of money for a hamburger and having it brought out plopped in the middle of plate with nothing else.response / report this review -

Sand on the Beach 🏖 is fantastic. I love the views from the outdoor seating. The menu has lots of choices at reasonable prices. Our server Simon was awesome. Quick service a great ocean atmosphere..

Another awesome place to go. Hang out have drinks, eat and if there is a launch going off perfect place. Friendly staff, people that hang out there. Sit on a bench looking at the ocean, enjoying everything. Great food. No, never complaints.

Breakfast at the beach part is fabulous and a view that just feels good, great variety of food very well prepared service friendly fast and professional. I go there many times and will always go back. Now the reason for three stars instead of 5. The upstairs bar is a tourist trap local or not if they don't know you, better read the menu and the sign specials real careful. Either they're always having a bad day or the bartenders are terrible. Night and day, stick to the day on the beach level.

We were specifically looking for a restaurant on the beach and found this little gem. Very laid back and casual. Great music to set the vibe. We sat on the ground floor deck with a wonderful view of the ocean. Our waitress was attentive and very friendly. We ordered the fish tacos and shrimp scampi. Excellent portions especially the amount of (big) shrimp that I received - - at least 10. I've been to other restaurants that give you only 5. Will definitely come back again.

horrible, I've never been treated like that in a restaurant before. My two friends, baby sister and I came to this restaurant after seeing all the amazing reviews. When we first arrived, I asked the hostess what's upstairs. She rudley told me that kids can't go up there. Well, I didn't ask to go up there, I'm just asking what's up there. But that's not even the bad part. My little sister ordered smoked wings, fries and ranch. Half of the wings were so burnt that you couldn't even bite into it but we didn't want to complain. We asked two different servers about the missing fries and ranch but of course no one brought it.Then my sister found a straight black hair cooked in the chicken wing!! Literally As soon as she told me, the manager came to our table to check on us. I told him that my sister found a hair and he scoffed like I was lying!!! He turned the chicken wing around, laughed and said I don't see it. You know damn well you seen it. He reluctantly said he'll take off the wings on my bill. Our waitress finally showed up after watching her check on everyone else but us. She gave all her other checks in books but not our table. We literally watch her grab two other tables books to put their check in but couldn't do the same for us.

Had a wonderful time. Beautiful view. Amazing seafood selection and full bar. You can walk right onto the beach. We went at sunset and it was gorgeous.

The food was pretty good (try the crab cakes) but small portions Beach was clean and not to crowded. Friendly attentive staff. Attractive waitresses. Manager dude had a bird on his shoulder that was cool..

We had friends come down from MD and ate breakfast here. It was very good..and you can't beat the view! We were looking for a place to go for dinner Monday evening and many restaurants are closed. We came here for dinner and it was delicious! Would definitely recommend eating here.
