Great stadium. New, clean, well organized. Big parking lot, well organized. One Star down because it is not that easy accessible, the drive there is not that nice.

I liked the cleanliness and that it looked like an updated park, not run down or beat up. Easy access to bathrooms and food areas. I also thought most all the seats had a great view no matter which side of the park you were on.

I Watched a Chicago Fire game and had great time. The stadium is quaint and family friendly. The food is mostly average with the exception of a few items which are actually delicious along with the always satisfying Revolution Beer. I was at the Harlem section and was surprised by the quality of the fans. I'm used to fanatic statiums in Europe but here they definitely have some FIRE (there just needs to be a bit more people which is difficult considering how difficult it is to access the stadium)

The game was a lot of fun but the staff was totally useless in helping a couple of first-timers figure out where they're supposed to sit. Long story short, we walked all over the stadium trying to find someone who could help us, showed our tickets to 5 different staff members (including people at guest services) who all gave us different information before someone finally took one look at them and said "These are parking passes. How did you get in with these!?"

That last person turned out to be super great and helped us figure out that the tickets (which we accepted through a work event) we're waiting for us at will-call and we're for box seats (which were super nice!) Once we finally got settled in, we had a great time

Well built stadium. Really fun games. Only problem is the staffing model. The security lines are really long going into the game and the halftime lines are also way too long. They know when the rush will be, but don't staff properly.

Otherwise a little overpriced, but to be expected! I always enjoy Chicago fire games!

Great stadium, extremely knowledgeable anf friendly staff. Attended a networking in sports event there and thought they did a fabulous job. All the speakers were great and the teams represented for networking were great to talk with

This place always has the greatest environment and is always family-friendly. They have a great variety of food especially at club level. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend for any event.

Went for the Open Air Fest concert last weekend. Really like this arena for outdoor live concerts. Well laid out and easy to get to and around when inside. Arena has plenty of restrooms, food & drink services and all were kept really clean during this big event.
Cons are $20 parking and a lot of stairs for those who aren't in shape.

Went to Toyota Park for Open Air 2017. Main lot was full by the time we got there so they directed us to a remote lot which was a grassy area about 2 blocks from main lot (still $20 to park). Glad we ended up in the remote lot! We were able to exit from the remote lot with none of the wait or chaos of the main lot. The venue itself was clean, personnel was friendly. Food and drink prices reasonable. Sound on main stage was good. The 2nd stage sound was so so. Had a great time seeing Ozzy, Slayer etc at Toyota Park.

Great place away from the city to watch professional soccer. Great viewing of game from any seat.

Only two complaints.. 1) If seated near the southwest corner, the Chicago Fire fan club band plays NONSTOP for the ENTIRE game making it impossible to hear the announcer and very annoying. 2) Food offerings vary by location so you end up all over the place to feed a family. And many locations are cash ONLY, so be aware before waiting in line.

I was actually surprised. The park was in good shape and the staff were helpful. It is let down by the surrounding area - there is nothing to do but drive elsewhere and the really poor food and drink choices inside the park.

Love the park and the team is playing the best I have seen in years. The Parking and In/Out while a bit better than at its worst, it is still atrocious - forcing you where you do not want to be, making both entrance and exit really annoying and it's totally inexcusable at this late date that this is STILL not sorted out. Maybe Bridgeview could invest some of the $20 parking fee to make this a more inviting situation. It literally makes me think twice about the hassle associated with the game I am really not whining - as a business person it remains just insane that it is still the most customer unfriendly parking anywhere.

This was my first MLS game and probably last one of the Chicago Fire. Lets start with the police doing a lousy job directing traffic, and once inside the parking area a surprise 20 dollars cash only(which I didn't have because I never carry cash and had to leave and find an ATM and make the line again) for parking in a unfinished lot with potholes and gravel everywhere, then another line to get inside the stadium. Nothing exciting about it, not what I expected for a professional league stadium. Then the seats have no dividers and were very uncomfortable. The food and drinks were not only very expensive but were not exciting or unique, just a mediocre menu option of common stadium food, and even though Fire won neither of the teams show an extraordinary play, maybe is time to bring some stars from other leagues the fans deserve after all this horrible services and amenities.
