This was a clean hotel but sparse accommodations. When we were looking for a last minute hotel for a business meeting, this was the last hotel that had rooms left. Everything else was sold out.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating but there are few options for food, only a snack station by the front check in desk. The seating and dining area is right by the front door so it gets very cold and there is little room to set up a buffet or serve food. There is a small coffee station by the front door that has pretty good coffee.response / report this review -

I have stayed at this place multiple times and staff is just amazing. They take time to understand you, make you comfortable and try their best to accommodate your needs. Very nice, cozy place. Rooms are.spacuous, clean and well maintained. Never had any problem during my multiple stays here.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament. Great hotel right next to the rink. Full size fridge, stove top, microwave and dish washer. Dishes and utensils as well. Swimming pool and breakfast. Everything we needed.

Great location next to the rink. Close to shopping, restaurants, interstate, and target. A relatively new property, but starting,to show some wear. The chair in our room should be replaced but,has not been. Im assuming management will stay on top of this. But it's a slippery slope!

Clean, large rooms. Free breakfast. Easy parking. Did not use tv, but it was small. Did not use kitchen, but room had a fridge, 2 burner stove top, and microwave.

My husband and I booked a room last minute because our flight kept getting delayed. This place isn't super fancy but the bed was comfortable, our room was clean, there is free WiFi and you don't need a password for it. There is a small gym that is open 24 hours. They have a decent continental breakfast. The main thing that would bring me back here is the customer service. We checked in at 2am the young lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Everyone that I came into contact with was very nice. They even let us have a late checkout at no extra charge!

It's an ok stay. But its the small things that are missing. The employees behind the desk don't care about you. The rooms are not FULLY cleaned each day (sweep and change sheets). It's not horrible by any means, its just not a wow place fir anything to make it 4 or 5 star.

Very clean room. King bed was wonderful and bathroom was really nice. Only bad part was there was a bus of college athletes that made free breakfast impossible to get to. University of oral Roberts was dustroying it like animals but not really the hotel's fault.

Find another hotel! Uninviting lobby with unwelcoming staff and narrow hallways. Rooms are loud! We had people above us making a ton of noise and banging around. We called front desk for another room and she said she'd go up there and talk to them. She called instead and we clearly heard the phone ring, heard some profanity, and some very intentional banging. We should not be able to hear the phone ring from a room above us. Very shoddy construction; and no the problem was never resolved. I ended up folding up the bed spread and put it on the floor against the door to help eliminate hallway noise, if which there was also plenty (along with a knock on out door at 1am. Wifi is garbage and hung on the connection acknowledement screen on an Android and iPhone. It connected the following day, and the speeds left much to be desired. The sheets were on wrong on a king size bed (skewed 90 degrees), which was very evident when we pulled the blanket back. The mattress was also stained near the pillow area, and the lamp shade had a huge stain. Couch had a large tear and was clearly and poorly repaired with vinyl patch all along the arm rest. We wonder what other shortcuts were taken by the staff. Curtains were shut all the way, but weren't long enough to block light, so at dawn the room was completely lit up. When we finally checked out we weren't asked about our stay. In fact we were only asked if we wanted a receipt - no thanks for staying, or how was your stay. Very rude. Can't comment on breakfast as we weren't notified of the times when we checked in. I'll take some of the blame on this as there was a card included with our key cards - we just didn't know it was there. The location is also adjacent to an ice rink and lots of young adults were staying - likely contributing to much of the noise. Also there was no hot tub, which seems like an oversight. Kitchenettes in the rooms are nice. Didn't use anything but the coffee maker, but it all seemed clean and stocked. Bathroom was also clean and stocked with a few sets of towels. In summary, we won't ever stay here again, and perhaps will skip the Towneplace brand from here on. There are tons of area hotels (with better rates too), so put this one at the bottom of your list.

Everything was good. Rooms are large and well equipped. Only small issue was that the shower curtain smelled like mildew. Otherwise perfect.

This was my first stay at a TownePlace Suites and it won't be my last. The property was clean, parking was easy, and the staff was friendly. The best thing about the stay, though, was that they have the most comfortable beds and pillows I've ever come across in a hotel. I can't wait to go back just for that fact alone!
