I love this place I will go there again staff was very nice and very helpful the food was amazing and the breakfast buffet was amazing

This was my family first time staying at this hotel and it was very clean,and a we had a pleasant stay.The rooms were spacious,staff were very helpful and courteous.The food was good ,family enjoyed the spa and pool. I even enjoy workout time!we will visit again!

I love staying here! I come to town every other week and I always stay at this hotel! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the front desk supervisor Ricky is very helpful and personable! Because of the staff alone I will continue to call this place home away from home!

I wanted to let you know how fantastic you and your crew were this past weekend. 06/23/17, 06/24/2017, 06/25/2017
During the late evenings, of both Friday and Saturday, our family gathered back at the lobby each night. While we were told you, were happy we choose to gather in the lobby area, versus our room, it was indeed getting to be quite time. Many of us do not see each other, but once a year. So quite time is hard, as well all laugh a lot. I guess we were good, because we never had any issues. Thank you for allowing us that extra time together. I was also told by one other family member who stayed, that he wanted a cold beer when he checked in, but the bar was not open for another 30 minutes. He was offered a beer, by I believe you Ricky, which thrilled him to pieces. Customer service at its BEST!
Saturday breakfast, was arranged to be in private room with our own buffet. How nice that your staff did that. Food was delicious, and we were lacking nothing.
Sunday breakfast, we were in the main lobby, but it was no problem. Very efficient server and supervisor again took care of all of our needs.
While I did not personally speak to housekeeping, our room was very clean upon arrival, and again cleaned during our stay.response / report this review -

Breakfast and room size great. The room however had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Unused towels in bathroom were not replaced with fresh towels and were smelling like smoke. I would expect the person who serviced the room, should have replaced all towels once they realized the person who occupied the room the previous night smoked in the room. The shower curtain also smelt heavily of the smoke. I suggest they replace the curtain and all toweling in the bath room as well as the extra they tried to clean the room after I reported it. The machine and spray of the room help a bit, but did nothing to the bathroom. This could however be a problem if the person who clean the room is a smoker, then they will probably not smell it.

The lobby was well as the hotel itself was very nice, but the rooms were we strikingly bland for how elegant the rest of the hotel was. Also the pool was small and the water was dirty, and the workout room was minimal. This is a great hotel if you expect to be spending a lot of time in the lobby area with friends, but not the best if you're looking for a hotel with nice rooms and pool.

Fantastic service. Our original, non Hilton booking fell through. A staff member at the downtown location helped us find a room that fit what we were looking for, which was at the Hilton garden Inn. When we got there, the service was attentive and pleasant!

The hotel it self was clean, warmly greeted on arrival. I thought breakfast was over priced at 10.00. Internet worked well. Room was quiet at night, bed was comfortable. Short driving distance to location of business and food
