One of my favorite hotels I stay at. Great downtown location within walking distance of everything. Great rooms with comfy beds and friendly staff.

Visited the Grand Wayne Center for a company Christmas Party. Parking seemed over complicated in the garage next door. The venue was nice and well decorated. I love the giant windows.

Everything was great. Only small things I seen was a sprinkler wall cover thing was dangling out of place and the tub needed some chips in the porcelain repaired. Other than that, bed was super comfy, service was very helpful as like I said it was great.

The location was right in the middle of downtown Fort Wayne within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and a riverfront trail for running! The rooms were excellent, and the staff was very accommodating. I accidentally booked a 2 doubles room instead of a king and they quickly and happily found me a new room at no additional charge. Parking was validated across the street for only $8/day and you could take your car in and out as much as you need with no fee. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Super comfortable beds and good pillows. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was also good. Didn't eat at the hotel but did go to a restaurant within walking distance that was excellent. The staff were friendly and happy to help. I would definitely stay here again .

This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne which means there is some noise in the room from the streets below. Our room was quite spacious and had a comfy bed. The hotel staff was pleasant to work with and we had no issues whatsoever. The only complaint is that there is very little street parking and if the spots are taken, you must park in their parking garage which is $20/day. That is a bit expensive for a small city.

It was a very casual atmosphere to grab drinks and catch up with family. Service was friendly and the few appetizers we ordered were well liked. Prices were as expected for the type of establishment. Table service wasn't plentiful so we did need to make several trips to the bar for drinks

Nice room, with lots of amenities--safe, fridge, microwave. Pool is warm but small, and it's open 5.30am to 11pm. No hot tub. Nice staff. Weird surcharges on room service. Great breakfast buffet. Convenient to Convention Center and Allen County Public Library. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat, especially now that I know that the no parking signs out front mean only no long-term parking. Hotel parking is across the street. Also a little weird, but okay.

I Absolutely Love This Location- As a Diamond Member I am here oft times once a week-
It is Beautiful, Cozy, and Always Cleaned Spotless! The breakfast is quite Delicious-
The shuttle drivers are AMAZING,Emily & the girls at the front desk are GREAT! The restaurant staff/ servers are professional, courteous and kind. They work really hard! Ann Marie always helps me choose the best lunch options-The girls in the coffee shop are super, super, super sweet -The General Manager is always in reach and is the epitome of excellence, as each time I return, there is a new component added to compliment the hotel. I can only say that it' is the Perfect Home Away From Home!

Above average food served for our dinner meeting. Room ready, bar tender was nice. Decent drink selection. Needs more craft beers, less domestics.

We've made three recent trips to Ft. Wayne to visit elderly relatives and each time we've stayed at the Hilton. After a long travel day, we were greeted with a smile, our room was ready, clean, and comfortable. Our meal in the dining room on the first evening was sooooo delicious that we ate there the entire weekend. Actually, the restaurant was the reason we booked our second and third stays there. The duck entree with the coleslaw with candied walnuts and ginger dressing was the best ever. We asked to compliment the chef personally (I think his name is John) - what a polite and competent young man. If Hilton is smart, it'll support John's efforts to be the best chef possible. He deserves a raise and respect. As long as John is chef, we'll continue to stay at the Hilton when in Ft. Wayne. (One negative - turn down the hotel lobby music, it's too loud and annoying - and find something else without lyrics, maybe classical or new age.

Room was not maintained or cleaned well. Do not disturb sign had sticky stuff all over it as if it hadn't been replaced in years. Bathroom counters clearly weren't cleaned. Beds were messily "made" and one had a very noticeable black hair on it. Scuffs and tape all over the walls. I do not think anyone swept or mopped the bathroom floor as there are a few little black piles of hair. There was what looked like snot and a nose hair on one of the hand towels. Overall, room and bathroom does not look or feel clean. It doesn't help that this hotel was not my first choice, however I would expect more from a Hilton.

Good hotel overall. They remodeled the lobby but the room we were in was not updated. The shower made a high pitched whistling noise. The staff was very nice, but on the first night, the sheets on the bed were not changed (there was a stain on the sheets so it was very obvious they were not changed). The next night I took all the sheets off the bed and placed them by the door to ensure they were switched out. Overall though it was a pleasant stay.

I've been traveling to Fort Wayne on a frequent basis this year for a project. I usually stick with the Hilton brand for points. Tried a couple of others around Fort Wayne before settling on the Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention. The location is my favorite part about this hotel. It's located in the heart of downtown. Easy walk to many really nice restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant and breakfast buffet is nice. The wait staff at the Hub restaurant are nice and service is good. Having a restaurant that's open till 11 is a great plus when you get back to your room late and don't feel like stepping out. The front desk team is what I miss the most compared to Hampton inn. No thanks or recognition for being a hhonors member. No welcome back. Just the basics.. nights, card on file, parking. Parking is in the garage across the street and it's $8 per day. In the evenings, as a bonus for being a gold member, someone from the hotel staff comes to your room to check on you, fix your bed, bottles of waters, etc. That's really nice and I like it here. So after trying different places, the Hilton Fort Wayne is my favorite place to stay in Fort Wayne.
