Located close to the airport. Hotel is a little out dated but clean and quiet. Full kitchen was very nice. Hot water took a while to get warm. Door keys constantly deactivated. Was still a nice home away from home.

Decent place to lay your head in a nice area of Columbus but it has its problems. Room 218. In general, it's pretty worn. Couch cushions are very worn out, worn areas in the carpet, a lot of marks and scratches on cabinets and walls, there was a dent on our fridge, road noise was pretty noticeable as was the plane noise because you are very close to the airport, poor breakfast options, and the biggest problem, THE MAID LEFT OUR DOOR OPEN. I came back to the room after being gone during the day and the latch was turned in to keep the door open. I didn't make a big deal out of it because nothing was missing (luckily) but that is a major oversight. On the positive, it is a convenient location to plenty of shopping and restaurants (only about 10 minutes from Easton shopping center), good water pressure, nice kitchenette amenities, flat screens in the living room and both bedrooms, heat worked well, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. Not a bad stay but it needs a little bit of money put into a remodel.

Clean and friendly. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants. If you're staying here try kindred artisan ales around the corner for great beer and food. Very convenient and friendly there!

We were on a trip to see my son and we were bringing the family dog with us. TownePlace was very accommodating. The rooms were the perfect size and very clean. I did however, need to request sheets for the pullout sofa sleeper as there were none provided.

Waited for 58 minutes for the hotel shuttle service from the airport. Rude front desk staff Latoya. She needs to be learn how to handle customer service issues. She was not helpful, truthful, and down right rude. I even tried to speak to her in person about my frustration and explained why I was upset. I even told her I was sorry if I was upset. Funny I was telling her I was sorry and she still didn't know how to handle it. I never heard that she was sorry for the delay or did she thank me for trying to reach out to her on the matter. The hotel itself is average at best. Shady people staying there. The smell of pot in the hallway is very classy. The dishes in the room were in need of cleaning before I used them. I would do my best to avoid this property if at all possible.

Nice place, friendly people. Remote control was missing from one of the bedrooms. Toilet paper that was on the roll was practically empty with about 3 pieces left. Other roll was in the dressing area. Nice place, but I've had better for the price.

My room was in a very noisy area. Windows were very thin. Also my frig was broken, making an obnoxious rattling sound every 15min. Called about it twice, no one ever came :( Imagine how much sleep I got. The hallways were dirty, musty, and smelled of cigarettes. My room, though overall decent, had lots of little issues. Said frig, holes in the bedding, sheets and shower had hair on and in them. I asked maintenance, who was having a very loud conversation on his cell phone, for another set of sheet due to mine being dirty. He handed me another set, but never apologized, did ask if I wanted help in changing the bedding. Just kept in with his conversation. Oh, and the second set of sheets were dirty as well lol. The couch in the room was worn, dirty, and had large stain on it. I wouldn't even put my luggage on it. The appearance of the building's exterior wasn't much to brag about either. Also very dirty with fresh stains, some sticky stuff on the door. Just did not look or feel welcoming. The staff was nice, but that's where my praises end. Won't be going back. Disappointing, that this is part of of Marriott. Won't be recommending or rerirn

I stayed here when I flew out of the airport at 5 AM. It was a very nice hotel and they will let you leave your car for a week.

In a very nice area and approximately 1/4 mile from tons of restaurants, etc. Hotel was very clean, modern, quiet, room was very nice, roomy, and service was excellent and friendly! Also plenty of parking right in front. Will definitely stay again! Thanks to all!

One of the best places that I have ever stayed.
They take suite cleanliness seriously and offer a wide range of options to assist in maintain a long stay room.
The breakfast canteen offers a good selection and is always well stocked.response / report this review
