The people at the front desk are pleasant, and the rooms are fine. The main recommendation is; please remember not to leave anything behind! I forgot a scarf that was a gift from my mother, and called the same night I had forgotten it. I was asked to call the next day. This was done and I was told that it would be dropped off at the local UPS who would contact me for payment. When this didn't occur, I called the next day and was told that it was already at UPS and will be sent to me. 11 days later, after nothing was received, I called again, and was told to call UPS. I did, and found out that the scarf was dropped off TWO DAYS AGO, simply with my first name and the room number I had stayed in.

Mixed results. Room has some missing touches with cleanliness Fries on floor, shampoo caps in tub, but beds were comfy. Breakfast bagels were hard, but coffee was good. Check in was tough, but check out was friendlier. May or may not stay again.

When we arrived, we were told we were in a "member's suite" on the "member's floor". The entire hotel smelled like chlorine, the fitness room was 90° and had very few equipment choices, the bedrooms had no safe, no outlets near the beds, the shower was so slick my parents both almost slipped in it, the beds are rock hard, and the room had no room to move around. when my mom talked to the manager the next day about the beds being uncomfortable, we were told we had already been checked out, so our room keys no longer worked. the manager took her to another room to see if she preferred the beds better (they were exactly the same) and the cheaper room she was taken to had more space, and a couch that our "member's suite" did not have. checked out and went to a different hotel for the remainder of our trip.

The facility is great! Clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the hot tub did not work. Upon alerting the staff to the issue, they had a technician working on it within the hour. It was back up the next day. I would stay here again. Included breakfast was full of variety and the food was fresh.

The staff was very friendly. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and they gave me some for free. They made me feel very welcome. Room was nice, loved the pool, and the free breakfast buffet wasn't stale donuts but meat and eggs and a great meal. I will return.

If you are looking for a wonderful hotel, polite staff willing to accommodate to whatever needs you have, this is the hotel you need to book! My girlfriend and I booked the king size bed leisure room, and they upgraded us to the king size bed with jacuzzi room for no extra cost! Clean, and friendly! BOOK HERE!

Booked my stay on a corporate card and the front desk decided not to follow our reservation and instead charged our personal credit cards for the stay. Now they want me to fill out a form and either drive it back to them or fax it in with our corporate authorization.All of the information is there do your job and charge the correct account. On a side note this dump smelled like garlic DONT STAY HERE!

Manager very unprofessional. Be prepared if you choose to stay at this hotel. Should have been 4 stars but the manager decided that this facility was only ZERO STARS (Not an option to pick ZERO. Wish I could have ). My work ended earlier than expected and had to cancel at 4:30pm but was charged full price. This was a Friday and a major car show was in town so the room could have been easily purchased. I am a gold account member but not treated as such. On the next trip I will be staying at the Hampton Inn near this Holiday Inn. I did not dispute the charge at the time with the manager. Here is my response.
On a better note the holiday inn in Dublin took great care on me during my stay. I hope the low rating was worth treating a customer badly.

I really like the hotel as a whole. It is very close to the event that brought me to Columbus and is not far from many places to eat. The room was spotless and very nice when I first arrived. Check in staff was very friendly and everythint went smoothly

The rooms are very nice and the staff is friendly. The beds are soft and comfortable. There is a large heated pool and hot tub available.

The rooms were neat and orderly. The staff were tentative and courteous. The facilities were in good condition and well take care of. The location was good, less than 5 minutes walk from more than a handfull of places to eat or socialize with guests or coleages. The building was easy to navigate and I could smell the pool when I walked in. I personal love that. Some might not. All in all it's among the top 5 hotels I have been to. As long as we aren't considering names like Hyatt. Different level.

Hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable. Staff was pleasant and friendly and willing to help with anything needed. Did not get to use pool or hot tub but there seemed to be several who looked like they were having a good time. They do add a $30.00 charge to your card when you get there. This is not mentioned anywhere on the website when you book the room. It is returned 3-5 days after they are sure there is no damage done to the room. I had not seen this at any other IHG Hotel before. Besides that unexpected charge it was a great stay.

The room was clean and comfortable with no dampness. The beds were reasonibly comfortable. The pool was nice. Breakfast was good. We really enjoyed the complimentary hot cookies in the afternoon.
