Rooms were nice and clean. It was a kind of away from stuff and we didn't see anywhere to eat close by. We stayed after working overnight during a snow storm and needed to sleep for a few hours between shifts at the hospital. We were thanked by having to pay for 2 nights to sleep for 8 hours.

This place has an at home feeling. The staff is super friendly. The previous management was really good. However, the new manager, Mr. Harris, is exceptional and displays all of the experience and expertise of a well-seasoned hospitality professional.

It's a very good place to stay at in Norcross. It's a peaceful, nicely maintained and very clean place.

Just a minor problem is that the room are individually air conditioned so I have to open the windows to get fresh air. In November it is not a problem. I don't know the situation in colder weather.

Breakfast has a good variety and good quality. Room maintenance is excellent.

Something, perhaps they missef on their website is the on site coin laundry and an iron/ iron table in both types of rooms. You can buy detergent from the front desk.

I enjoyed my stay here very much.

Nice place for family reunions, quiet, clean, safe, inexpensive stays while in Atlanta. Just a few minutes to and from downtown. No fuss.

The room was nice and clean but had a slight odor. The fridge didn't work. I was only there for a few days and didn't want maintenance in the room during my stay. I was going to tell management on my way out but no one was at the desk as I rushed out for an early flight. The staff was otherwise friendly and available.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Otis the front desk was very helpful. Rooms are a good size and kitchens have four burner stove with oven, which is nice.

I only have a few small complaints, which prevented me from getting this a 5-star rating. One, TVs don't have any video watching capabilities such as YouTube or playing off USB drive. They also unfortunately use satellite TV here, so once it began raining there was no TV service. After a long drive I want to my kids feel to sit down and watch some TV and we're unable to.

I was also a little disappointed in breakfast. The breakfast is good in itself the missing some key things, like eggs and some sort of meat like bacon or sausage.

Also, the mattress on the bed was horrible. It's sags towards the middle and as soon as me and my wife got in we both rolled to the center. It was very uncomfortable sleeping.

Compared to most hotels I've stayed in this is a very nice hotel. But, compared to most Marriott Branch hotels that I've stayed in it was a little lacking.

Everything was pretty great. The hotel itself looked great and our little room was perfect. The breakfast was pretty good for free breakfast but wish there were more hot options. And be careful by the waffle irons! Parking was a little limited and could be an issue at busy times.

Stayed there for one night. Very clean and worm greetings. You can buy snacks from the front desk. Security is noteworthy.

I hope the place has improved since my visit 2 years ago. Not what you would come to expect from a Towne place suite,dated interior & the pool was placed in a very narrow space. Not much room around swimming pool & chairs. And why is the pool placed next to parking lot where you can inhale exhaust fumes from the cars. Literally have a tail pipe in your face as you lay next to the pool. Funny how in the photo taken by hotel they don't show any cars parked by the gate that separates the parking lot from the pool area!!

Horrible experience. They dont adequately clean the rooms. There were items from the previous occupants laying around out in the open. And the people that "clean" the rooms leave behind more debris than they remove.

Very cozy and economical. Home away from home. Family oriented environment. The staff is very friendly. The don't try like a guest, they treat you like your family visiting family. Not 5 star accommodations, but definitely 5 star feel :) home.
