Nice location. Staff has a good attitude.
Lost power at home This hotel made us feel at home with friendliness.
Omg!!! Where do I start???? TV signal is out! Had to repeatedly ask her for towel and wash cloth. She kept trying to give me a hand cloth to shower with. Rooms are DATED! The staff won't let you know TV is not working until AFTER u check inI mean.ughhh!!! Worst experience at IHG ever!!! Please come on 10am!
We stayed in this hotel for couple of days. Water leaks from faucet when we turn on and mess up the floor. We told receptionist, no action. We asked for additional blanket, receptionist asked us to come to the front desk and pick it up. I don't recommend this.
Rooms and staff were nice. The hotel was very quiet and convienent to stores and restaurants.
Location was in the middle of work area with a number of suitable places to eat within distance. Accessible to nearby important roads. Hotel itself was a typical Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked (important in Atlanta), and general conditions were acceptable.
Accessible location for a one night bussines stay only. Not a safe area, front doors locked at 9 pm. Housekeeping and front desk personnel needs training.
My wife, new born son and I decided to stay a couple nights. We didn't get the room we ordered online no biggie. I woke up to go to work around 2:45 am with bed bug bites all over my hands and arms. Asked to switch rooms. "No rooms available" they said asked if they could switch my sheets.. the guy at the front desk literally hands me two sheets as if he expected me to do it my self. No sense of urgency or remorse at all took until 4 pm the following day and a call to corporate office for them to actually switch our room. We moved from room 305 to room 102 my wife got bit. We're done. No more holiday inn express for us. It looked nice though. Just wish we could've gotten compensated or something smfh
Hotel was clean & front desk staff was very friendly. Just had a few issues
•No complimentary coffee available (most locations offer it)
•No clean towels in the pool area, had to visit front desk
•Machine that dispenses soap powder etc in laundry room took money & did not dispense what I purchased. Had to visit the front desk for a refund. No one placed a "out of order" sign on the machine at any point.
•Room keys/point of entry keys were very difficult to work. It took at least 10-15 swipes before you would get the "green light" to enter.
•Breakfast Host wasn't very pleasant. She slammed everything she touched. Cabinets, food containers, serving utensil, doors. She acted as if she did NOT want to be at work! Plus all the trash cans were full during the breakfast rush, so her solution was to just stack all your trash on TOP of the trash can . container.
Things were just not as easy & convient like at other Holiday Inn Express locations. But.room was clean & the facility in general was clean.
I'm not a picky man. I just want my room to be clean, and it was.
I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are always nice and clean. I have been coming to this hotel since 2011 and it has always been well kept. Whether its leisure or business, I always enjoy my stay. The employees are very courteous and professional. I never have a problem. Never have seen bed bugs either.
Hotel was convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was the terrible and inadequate wifi.
I would've given 4-5 stars if they hadn't messed up the Payment info. They kept telling me different prices. $497 for 3 nights? That's insane. Originally it was supposed to be 109 a night. That's an insane amount of tax if you ask me. That doesn't even add up. I'll never go back. My company will no longer go through holiday inn. I'm going to definitely make sure I don't recommend any family or friends either. Worst experience ever.
Good location, nearby grocery store and restaurants. Rooms are modern and clean. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I stay here often when in the Atlanta area for business.
