Ramada Marietta has become our family spot for the last 2 years whenever we're in Atlanta for a yearly family reunion. The rooms are quiet and nice. Breakfast is included and its pretty good. Like that each staff member from housekeepers to the very helpful general manager, Fernando were really professional. More importantly they all seemed happy and their cheerful attitudes are contagious.
Needed a room during a long power outage due to snow storm. I called the hotel directly and was able to book a double on the 3rd floor. Even though they were extremely busy, the desk clerk was still pleasant and professional. Room was nothing special but it was clean and well maintained. Came with a refrigerator and microwave so I was able to store and heat my own food. Shower is roomy. Internet is provided so I spent the evening web browsing and listening to music with my laptop and Bluetooth speaker. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was what you'd expect but given that they were sold out, there was plenty of food for all. My experience here was positive, especially given the circumstances.
Management is great and the manager made sure that our stay was a pleasant one. The indoor pool was magnificent and breakfast here was truly amazing! For a hotel like this, they sure have great customer service. Would definitely recommend this place!
This hotel is a great place to stay in and I recommended most of my friends from out of states to check in here if they want to stay at a comfortable and relaxing hotel. The manager is a great person and always keep his customers feel relaxed. Breakfast served here are great as well. Can't go wrong with staying in this magnificent hotel!
Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Manager will not talk to you at your request for an issue. So, I'm giving one star because of him avoiding me multiple times. Front desk is very helpful and nice. Because the manager blew me off. I will not stay here again. I spent a lot of money here this year multiple times. I will not spend another dime at this location. Whenever I have to work over here in this area again. I will stay across the street at Drury inn and suites.
The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and it was reasonably priced. However, it was extremely dated and needs extensive renovation. All of the carpeting was very old and stained, the mini fridge quit working in the middle of the night and there was water leaking out in the morning. We will not stay there again.
The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious, also, the mattress was very comfortable. However, the property was quite run down, carpets filthy both in the room and the halls, even the chair in our room had a stain. I remember when staying at a Ramada meant a top hotel, but this visit will make me consider other hotel chains.
We chose the Ramada Inn because most of the accommodations were unavailable due to hurricane Irma. All we really needed was a clean, overnight stay, reasonably priced and not gauged because we were vulnerable to the disaster. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was not very friendly nor accommodating. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Eggs, cereal, and fruit. Parking was satisfactory.
Never go there. No extra blankets, the sheets were stained no manager ever available. Stayed 7/29- 8/2. Moved to 3 different rooms. To top it off bed bugs. My mom was bit three times. This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It should really be shutdown. Even the front desk staff agreed that there are numefous issues there. The manager Fernando must work from home because he was not there the entire time.
Inexpensive but spare room. Very small bathroom with shower and no tub. No closet, so a small armoire is provided instead. Continental breakfast served in an area where only a few can sit at a time and one must push and shove to get to the food. No business center to speak of, but staff will be glad to help if you need anything. Location is convenient for Braves games.
We booked through Priceline and paid $56 Inc tax for this 2 star hotel. It was worth the price and not much more. The hallways had an odor but our room didn't. The continental breakfast is very small and not that tasty. The front desk staff were nice.
Clean rooms and friendly service. The breakfast was pretty good except the first morning I woke up a little late and they didn't restock any of the breakfast options but I suppose I wouldn't have either.
Clean with decently good breakfast. Comfortable beds with fridge in the room. Would stay again.
Room was ok and mostly quiet. My concern was that they refused to give us a receipt for the night stay. We had to leave a credit card number for incidentals. It was implied that if we didn't we couldn't stay with Ramada. So we will not know what will show up on the card. Our experience with the front desk staff was horrible. We won't stay with Ramada in the future.
Fair for its price. Rooms seem to be okay. At around 9pm my room started shaking for around 20 min (almost like an earth quake). I guess I had a room above some oversized washing / drying machine.
In my second night I overheard some kind of a fight in front of the hotel. It took only 10 minutes until police arrived.
The breakfast is almost like a joke but still okay for if you consider it would be low budget. They got orange/apple juice, waffles, mashed potaotes and eggs plus bread. Very little room to eat there (around 3 tables).
I would recommend for anyone who just stays a day or two and wants to have something not to bad for a budget price.
