  Both the bus driver and the manager Gary was very rude and unprofessional neither felt that they should have moved when asked to twice nicely when there was plenty of parking for busses, semis, and rv homes . The bus driver took pictures after the fact she was told to move. The third time she was asked to move again there was proper parking she still refused to move. I will not ever recommend this company because if they act this way to someone that is not a customer I can only imagine what their services are to a customer

  I went on a class trip to California this past weekend and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Once I had gotten off the bus, I remembered that I left my camera on it but the bus had already left. I talked to Nick about the incident and he helped me right away. He told me he would call me immediately after he found it and that is what he did. He even came to me and dropped the camera off almost all the way to my house. He is a very responsible man. I want to thank Nick for helping me. The service was very neat. I would definitely recommend Tour West America.

  This company is an embarrassment for any form of travel. Tour West America was contracted to transport soldiers during month of June. One of the buses should not have been in service because it didn't have working AIR CONDITIONING and ceiling lights were hanging from the ceiling. How are you transporting anyone with temperatures over 100 degrees with no AC? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  Everyone loved our "Tour of Lights" on Saturday night, December 21. Thank you Tour West and thank you Terry, our driver for a wonderful experience. Everyone is already talking about next year.
