This company is very professional, courteous, and clean. Job was done well, and within the time frame estimated. Â It's a huge relief to know the water is being controlled in our basement and all foundation cracks are sealed. They were helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. I recommend this service.

I had some problems with moisture in my basement. I am generally handy when it comes to those things, but with this I was at a loss on how to deal with it. They did a fantastic job explaining the options and making it work. Greatly appreciate their efforts.

Easy to work with professionals for foundation and waterproofing work. They worked on repairing our cracking and bowing basement walls. We were happy with their work.

We had a great experience with City Foundation Repair. They were very competitive on pricing for our home foundation repair. I appreciate that they took the time to explain everything that needed to be repaired. We needed some pier and beam foundation support to stabilize and level our home, and we weren't sure about what company to trust. They exceeded our expectations!

These people are crooks. I rented from them and when I left they said they'll return my security deposit within a month I've been calling them and they ignores my call and doesn't return my call when i leave voicemail about my deposit it's been 3 monthsvery horrible

This company totally destroyed our investment property. Tenant moved out but we were not notified at all, until water pipes became frozen and busted into flood, the company simply left water valve on and had flood filled up the basement for AN ENTIRE WEEK; the flood destroyed the entire lower floor, costing me more than 10K to recover, they still kept the rent refusing to reimburse. We are in a lawsuit against this company. Worst experience I ever had with management company!

Stay as far away from this outfit as possible. He is a ripoff artist! He "managed" two properties for me, an out-of-state owner, repeatedly overcharged for management services, then, when questioned about it, promised to refund the overcharge but never did, charged for repairs on one property and then just two days later, charged the exact same amount for repairs on the other property which it didn't need and he never did, charged $225 for the use of his own trailer when one could be rented for $60 (I checked), and repeatedly claimed to have forwarded rental income to me that he never sent. The list goes on and on and he owes me more than $10,000 in wrongful charges. He is the master of double-speak and evasion and refuses to answer direct questions. I finally had to go to another management service.

Knowing Vincent for almost 7 years and experiencing his work ethic and character, I highly recommend this agency. Great place for investors to manage their properties at and not get ripped off. A very cut-and-dry & honest management company.

I left another property management company due to low profits and other tenant problems. I have been with Tortora PM approximately 5 years and now I'm in the profit range. I am an out of state landlord and it would have been impossible to realize profits any other way. Vincent has helped me flip properties successfully as well as maintained my rentals. He is an expert in Buffalo properties and the profitable areas. His crew fast and reasonable. I visit my properties once a year and I'm always pleased with what I see.
