Amazing service from start to finish. Jessica at the Pittsford location was so helpful during our process of choosing carpet and scheduling installation. Dave and Adrianna came out to install the carpet during the massive snowstorm in March 2017. They were there on time every day and they were happy and pleasant - even with 2 feet of snow in our driveway! We love our carpet and would highly recommend Messner's to anyone in need of beautiful carpet.

Great service from start to finish! From Karen in the showroom who guided us to find exactly what we were looking for, to Al who came out and measured, to the installation by Dave and Billy. Greg Messner even came out to evaluate a couple issues Dave came across. Everyone was professional, knowledgable and seemed to genuinely care about our satisfaction! There may be other flooring companies in the area, but it is true that you get what you pay for. We know from previous experience. Dealing with Messner was top notch!

Very good prices. I compared pricing with Home Depot (which seemed like a good deal, but the cost was hidden in the padding which was 3x's as much as at Messner's). Add to that the expertise of the staff at Messner's, and it was an easy choice. The sales staff knew just what I was looking for and steered me in the right direction. I avoided getting a carpet that was too dark for the space with their guidance. The installation people arrived on time, were very courteous and professional, and did an amazing job. The difference between what was here before and the work they did was night and day. Every corner and seam is crafted so well.
We've just decided to add a runner to the stairway We are very impressed.

We had a flood that ruined the family room carpet. We looked around at various discount places without finding much in the way of knowledgeable help. We then looked up local carpet companies that had decent reviews. Messner's name came up on that search.

We visited them and got very helpful information from the sales person, went home with samples, and purchased our carpeting from them the next day. They sent someone to measure.

The furniture (heavy) was moved without complaint or damage, at a pre-arranged price of $5 per item.

Installation was done perfectly on the day scheduled, a little bit ahead of schedule. They used power stretching on the carpet. When asked, the installer said, if you don't use power stretching, you can't work for Messner.

We are very pleased, and will use Messner for future needs.
