No soap or lotion. Dirty towels. No hdmi on tv. Cant connect roku or chrome cast. Slow internet. Will never go back there.

I had $270 taken off of my card addressed to a company called "the storage guys" after paying $138 for 2 nights. Its sad because i really did like this place. I stayed here 2 weeks ago and enjoyed the service. I guess i'll have to find another place to vacation.

"Mind blowing views with excellent location nearby to the beach"
My stay at hotel was an excellent experience with neat and clean rooms free parking, free Wifi with great hospitality.
Staff was very cooperative in guiding for places to visit.

Located at Walking distance to the beach at the center of the city, with excellent air conditioning system, rooms are neat and clean with free wifi. Free Parking Facility is also available. All the restaurant are nearby.

I stayed for 4 nights. My room was cleaned thoroughly and bed was made each day. The housekeeping staff was helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was great. Plenty of free parking near my room. The men at the front desk were courteous and helpful. Very nice overall.

Motel is located in perfect location that is plus boardwalk beach and restaurants are close walking distance room was nice and clean free breakfast was ok and pool was clean warm front office girl was helpful my kids like the location we will come back It was a good experience

Great location - in 15 minutes walking you are in downtown and in 15 minutes walking you are at the boardwalk!

Room was a lot nicer than the outside indicates. Outside, except for the pool, looks like a budget motel, run down. Parking very cramped. But the room was a nice size, clean, modern. The cleaner, though, has a very strong smell.

The rooms were nice, clean and cozy. The rooms and hallway were nice and warm. The bathrooms were a little too small. Parking was available. Blankets and beds were soft.

I didn't get a chance to use most of the amenities, but it was a perfectly nice room. Nice architecture, there's a pool. Able to check in middle of night with minimal fuss (wasn't let inside the building for that, but I understand, it was ~2am). We had two shampoo packets and no conditioner, but it happens.

My first trip to Santa Cruz in 25 years! Hotel is AMAZING! Staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. Our room was perfect. Very clean and very nicely updated! Beds are extremely comfortable. They offer different types of pillows for your comfort as well. Nice simple continental breakfast with great coffee! I highly recommend Torch Lite Inn. Five minute walk to anywhere you want to go including Boardwalk, laundry cafe, shopping and fantastic restaurants. Thanks so much for making our stay simply perfect!

The room was not cleaned. There were crumbs in one of the beds and something that was dried hard to the touch in the sheets of the other bed. The "no smoking" reeked of cigarette smoke. There was a dirty cup in the fridge. A bug in the bathroom, probably because of the gap in the door/frame to the room. No parking available. Candy was scattered on the floor and in the desk drawer.

Great location that's it. No bath towels & no tp called front desk they didn't care. Drug deals & hookers doing business in parking lot. Door didn't really close. Really shady place glad I wasn't there long. Great location to the beach boardwalk tho. Bring own towels toilet paper if you stay there.
