  I was a little surprised when I looked the car over, I found the door handles had soap running out of them. Over all it wasn't a bad experience.

  The dog wash is terrible, the water takes 5-6 mins of the 10 min time to warm up. The dryer is cold air. Add in cold water with cold air makes for an uncomfortable or even torturous bath for our babies. We've complained but management doesn't care!

  I paid $25 for an interior and exterior cleaning - there are no details as far as what that entails (that I could see on the signs). After they were finished, my carpets were still dirty, the dashboard had dust all over it, my door handles had dirt in them and the seats hadn't been vacuumed. I asked the guy what the interior cleaning included and he said door wipe down, windows and carpet cleaning. I think for the price, the seats should be cleaned, the dash should be wiped down and the floorboards shouldn't have dirt on them. Just beware, that the interior servicing is extremely minimal.

  The concept is great but the water in the dog wash doesn't get very warm and the dryer for the dogs isn't warm either.
