Had to rewash 2 times and still not clean. Had to leave name because I did not want to wait for a third wash within one hour.

I like Crew Car Wash. I have the pass to wash as many times as I want. I go there pretty often. The staff is always friendly and polite. ALWAYS! It moves pretty quick when there is a line too!

I like Crew Car Wash. I have the pass to wash as many times as I want. I go there pretty often. The staff is always friendly and polite. ALWAYS! It mives pretty quick when there is a line too!

Crew CarWash is the best around. The workers are always extremely friendly and the quality of service they provide is phenomenal. My car is always left looking good as new. Plus, they have a free re-wash if you are not satisfied with the way your car turned out the first trip through. I'm also am a huge fan of the fact that you can use your debit/credit card at the vacuum stations since this feature is not available at many car washes.

If I could rate the customer service a zero, I would. I've been happy with this place since I started using it, due to it's simplicity, and how close to home it is. However, the other day I went through, and somehow my car had paint chipped off at the rear of my hood. I have a Mercedes E-350, and can't lift up on the windshield arms like my other vehicles, otherwise they will contact the rear of the hood. Somehow, during the last wash, something made that happen. I noticed it as I was parking the car at home, and turned right around and went back to report it. After a weeks waiting, I called to find out what the status of my claim was, and was given the typical "Texas two step", saying that they do millions of cars, blah blah blah, and that they reviewed their video, and they couldn't see anything happening etc. I would love to know how they can see between their equipment, and my car.
All I know is that my car didn't have any paint chipped off of it before I had it washed, and now it does. I know it doesn't matter to them, but they've lost a customer.
If any damage happens to your vehicle, don't bother reporting it, as you'll simply be wasting your time.response / report this review -

Everyone here is friendly and helpful. If I just want to vacuum out my car I can do that. It's $2 for 8 minuets of vacuuming.

I have worked with crew 3 years. It's a rewarding company to work for. They are anyways finding new ways to improve services and to encourage employees to be at the to off their game. I also wash my cars here often. I have never had issues with damage or issues with the service I get at my location or others I have been too. I'm not just saying this because I when here. I visited several times right after the location opened before I was employed.
