Our dog Abby was in distress Thursday 8/10. Very sudden - collapse-seizures -vomiting. Our vet wasn't in. I called Tomah and had a 2:30 appointment. I called back again panicking and moved appointment to noon. Sadly with what she had an autoimmune issue that presents suddenly she was in bad shape. Waited for labs to determine and the kindest thing we could have done was put her to sleep. First time at this clinic. Very kind, compassionate, thorough and they explained everything and were there for us. My heart is breaking, I still
See her little face saying help me. Abby was a 6 year old Jack Russell mix.

I find it very hard to believe anybody would post a negative review about Tomah Vet Clinic. They have been awesome with every pet I have owned and brought to them. They are very affordable and work with their customers to ensure the best for your pet and you. Dr. Pam is awesome as are all of the vet techs I've worked with. I will continue to bring my pets there as long as they live.

We had a cat who only found trouble off hours. Dr. Felber was always there for us and our kitty. Other than that, for 14 years she gave him excellent routine care and treated him like he was her own.

The first vet we saw here was super nice and helpful, but we haven't been able to see her again and the vet we were scheduled with got the next visit was unprofessional, rude, and unprepared to see my dog. After being taken back into a room and lectured about the type of leash she recommends, she started asking questions that she already had the answers to in the file from our last visit. We were interrupted after about 3 minutes because someone else needed a room, so we were booted back out into the lobby. Right after sitting down in the lobby, another dog gets called back and placed in a room..not only that, but the staff at the front desk were having a conversation while there were several people in line waiting to check out. Poor customer service at this location - would not recommend.

Prescribed heart worm medication without a yearly exam for my dog Sheena. Required a second exam for my dog Sasha for medication when she had already had an exam in July of 2016. Staff is confused an irresponsible. Do not take your pets there. I have filed a report with the BBB.

Good people with a nice little store. You can see the cats and dogs from the road due to the large bay window on the front of the store.
