Amazing experience today with Dr. Lisa. She made sure that my dog Eleanor, who is extremely fearful of strangers, felt calm and comfortable. I honestly cannot express how thankful I am for how kind and understanding Dr. Lisa was. I WILL be returning and I am so glad I finally found a vet clinic that I am beyond happy with.

Dr. Lisa has been very supportive and proactive in helping us deal with a cancer diagnosis in our little Papipom, Toby. Toby felt so comfortable in the exam room and throughout the exam experience. We did have a CT scan done to confirm Dr. Lisa's suspicions. When she received the results, Dr. Lisa immediately reached out to us and suggested ways to help keep Toby comfortable. We are using supplements and essential oil treatments. We will not be doing any chemo but Toby is holding up well. We will continue to rely on Dr. Lisa throughout this process. She has been wonderful.

I have nothing but the highest praise for the exceptional, friendly, care my dog receives from Dr. Alli and Dr. Lisa. I have utilized surgery, laser therapy, nutritional counseling, as well as routine care. A bonus is that premium foods, treats, Assisi loops, supplements and care items are sold right in the office. I love it. I do wish they had Saturday hours.

I always recommend Integrative Veterinary Service to others! I foster dogs, and try to steer adopters to this clinic if they are in the general area. We were new to IVS about 18 months ago when we made the decision to put down our dog. The staff were simply amazing and supportive. It was, if it can be, a beautiful experience. We now take our latest dog to the clinic and continue to be so happy. I absolutely love the combination of holistic and state of the art traditional veterinary care. Everyone is so knowledgable and friendly. Dr. Alli is the BEST. Cost is reasonable. This picture attached is of our dog on the way home from seeing Dr Alli! No stress at all!

They only reason I am giving four stars is because we just moved to IVS. However, this is definitely where we want to be! They ate truly integrative, working holistically our traditional veterinary - or a combination. Dr. Amanda gave us all of the options, explained everything, wrote it all down with her recommendations, and made us very comfortable. And don't fear cost, they are very reasonable!

I have 5 dogs and it is such a relief to know that when we have an urgent need, Integrative Veterinary Service will get my dog in that same day! The reception staff, Veterinary Techs and the Vets are always warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I am thankful that when I called and my dog has an issue that needed to be addressed ASAP (Emma had an eye issue and another time Rebel had a toe issue), they were able to see my dog for a same day appointment. I am thrilled with Integrative Veterinary Service and can't imagine going to another Vet for my pets needs!

Dr Alli and Dr Lisa have a very comforting clinic. Being an "oiler" myself for me and my dogs you feel at home with essential oils being diffused in every room and lobby. There fear free environment makes it a delight to bring in your fur babies without the stress that is related to most visits. You don't feel like a number either. They take the time to chat with you and sit with you on the floor as they examine your furry friends.

It's a really nice place. Beautiful. Relaxing. Unconventional. It doesn't feel like a cold sterile clinic. The doctors treat the animals more like people, and they work with them one on one without an assistant. 5 stars for the facility and care.
But from a practical standpoint, it's almost impossible to get an appointment. Your animal is sick and it's a two to three week wait just to get in the door. When your pet gets sick, you cannot wait even one week. And what that means is that you have to have another clinic you can take your pet to. When my animals gets sick, I want the comfort of knowing that their doctor can fit them in, especially in a non hospital emergency. Not that I need to call around until I find someone who can fit them in and knows nothing about them. Who may not be the best. I recommend this place, but you also MUST have a second vet you trust. 1 star for difficulty getting your pet in; that's just as essential because it forces you to go elsewhere.

I had to make the very difficult decision of saying goodbye to my dog Guinness yesterday. Dr. Alli completely exceeded our expectations. She showed such care and empathy throughout the entire process, which made our family feel at peace with letting our family member go. I can't thank her enough.

Dr. Alli and Dr. Lisa are hands down the best vets in town. I recommend them to all our new clients as well as present clients who are seeking a BETTER alternative to traditional western veterinary care. Dr. Lisa years ago was the only vet of three to diagnose my dogs illness.

Dr Alli and her staff at Integrative veterinary services are miracle workers. Our dog had a back injury and was unable to use his left back leg, showing no improvement on standard medications from our local vet. Dr Alli began acupuncture and laser therapy for him as well as tweaking his medications and adding more holistic herbs etc. I'm so happy to say in 2 weeks time our dog is able to walk almost normally and appears to be pain free. The staff at Integrative Veterinary Services have been supportive, encouraging and a pleasure to deal with. I would encourage anyone who wants top notch care to give them a try.
