Friendly and very experienced service, from both the veterinarians and front desk associates. I assumed the bills for my two cats would be fairly high due to the quality of the location, but was pleasantly surprised when it was under 200.00$ for both cats (depending on ear drop medication).

Would highly recommend if looking for a first or new vet clinic.

The staff is very friendly and calls to follow up on your pets after your visit. Also, the veterinarian that we saw gave us her email and answered questions that we had after our visit and provided additional guidance regarding my cat's health issues. The office is also very nice and there is ample parking.

    Yelp complaint

If you love your pet, avoid All Pets Veterinary Clinic in Madison, Wisconsin, and especially partner Erin Haroldson.

Maybe Dr. Erin Haroldson was having a bad day 3 years ago when our beloved dog Pinkus was taken to her for dental work. But because of her carelessness, Pinkus has a bad rest of his life. He has "massive bands of scars by his larynx, as associated with trauma," according to the next vet (UW Vet Hospital) who examined him during another anesthesia. A year before Haroldson hurt him, with rough intubation, Pinkus was examined under anesthesia by still a different vet and found to have a normal throat.

So Pinkus entered All Pets in perfect health and came out in horrible pain, coughing and gasping for air. His loud, labored breathing today attests to how much trouble he has getting enough air in his lungs.

When we informed Haroldson of the problem a few days after the mishap, she was uninterested in examining him. She has never accepted any responsibility or refunded us, as we asked. She is a stain on her profession.

I have been going to All Pets for years and would highly recommend them. Dr Kraft is our main vet, but my dog has also seen the other doctors and they are all great! The techs are professional and kind, and I never feel like products or extra services are pushed on me by the doctors.

My cat swallowed an earplug - on a weekend of course - and went to the emergency hospital recommended by All Pets, just five days after they saw him for the first time. He had excellent care at the emergency vet, and when I became concerned that his incision wasn't healing appropriately, All Pets fit him in for a quick visit and didn't charge a dime, though they could have. The vet spent fifteen minutes with me, even though it made her late for her weekly staff lunch (they all discuss cases together). I have complete faith in their care of my pet.

I started coming here because a co-worker referred Dr. Erin Haroldson. (I heart Dr. H, btw!) There have been a couple times where she was unavailable and the doctors that we have seen have all been fantastic. They are down to earth, you can tell they love what they do, and they genuinely care about your pets. I love that they all seem to value the "let's try the less invasive/expensive route first" approach. Even though they have a great clinic setup, they certainly aren't the type to take X-rays over a splinter. Their prices are quite reasonable, their staff is great, and there is a mutual respect that will keep All Pets our family vet as long as we have pets!
