I love coming here. I can get my car in for service by the next day usually and I trust that it is done right. When I have to take my car in I'm always worried it is going to cost hundreds of dollars and so far the things I have taken it in for have not been a sticker shock like other places I have gone in the past. I only ever come here for car repair services. The gentleman that answers the phone is always polite and helpful.

I am BEYOND impressed with Tom's-an honest mechanic shop tends to be hard to find. When my Jeep's oil and transmission pans rusted out and the dealerships would not be able to get me scheduled until mid to late October, I was able to get penciled in for two days after I made an appointment at Tom's. I was advised it would be a rather large job but it was completed in less than two days. They also found some other areas of concern and I was immediately advised and gave permission to proceed with any repairs that needed to be done. I was sent photos and thoroughly explained to what the issues were. I was given updates frequently as well. Any additional parts needed were delivered immediately. I cannot say enough about my great experience at this mechanic shop. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be taking my car to be serviced there in the future. The honesty, the prices, the staffyou really can't get any better.

From reading the reviews and Tom's Family mentioning that they mark up partsThat just rubs me wrong. I am a mechanic and I have relationships with parts stores that give me nice discounts on part. Being the person I am ..I pass those savings on to my customersGreed is only one of the problems in this day and age

They are very helpful. I called at 130 on sat and described what what wrong and got there 20 minutes later and they fixed it immediately! They close at 2 on saturdays but they took care of me. Thank you for staying longer to get my car fixed! It was greatly appreciated!!

My family has been going here for years. They do great work for a good price. They have even fixed small problems without a charge! We will definitely continue to do business with them for years to come.

Even though my dad could do most of the work we need, we have used Tom's for over 10 years. We have never had a single issue and they have no problem telling you if they find that that famous "noise" really isn't a $1000 job just to make some money. You won't be disappointed!!!!

Just had my car repaired here. I believe the part in question was a timing valve. (I forget the technical term.) Anyway, the dealer wanted over $1,000 for this repair. Tom's did it for less than $200. Aside from saving me a ton of money, I felt like they gave me peace of mind. When I've gone to other repair shops, I felt like they were out to screw me over. Tom's never made me feel like they were trying to sell me repairs I didn't need. I would recommend them to anyone with car issues. I will be bringing any future car repairs to Tom's from now on.

These guys are awesome. I am pretty good with cars, so I do most work myself. When there's a job that's too big for me to tackle, I bring it to them. They are honest and efficient, plus they have great communication.

I have always had great experience here. They will take the time to explain what is needed and what can wait. I am not a 'car guy' but once I leave there I feel I understand what was done.

We have had cars here probably 50 times in the last ten years. (Lots of kids means lots of old beat up cars). They are mostly very good, honest and sometimes willing to work around expensive problems and perform temporary repairs when a vehicle is not worth repairing fully, which many mechanics will not do. However it depends on who their mechanics are at the time. Sometimes they just kept throwing parts at a problem rather than diagnosing it. We stopped using them for a while, and then discovered no other mechanics were really any better. We tried close to ten other shops. When they do diagnose rather than throwing parts at it, they are often quite good at it (depends on which mechanic you get). However they are generally poor at listening to their customers. They need to learn that sometimes we actually do know what we are talking about. Bottom line is despite some expensive issues with them, we still use them. They are as good or maybe a bit better than most other shops around.

I took my 2006 Dodge Viper there for an alignment. Better job than the dealer or the major chain stores could do. Friendly polite hands on service. Good people that mean well. Fixing cars is a tough business, some of these reviews are to critical. Cars consistently break down and multiple symptoms means diagnosing and fixing one issue is independent from another. They are fair and reasonable and will not let you down. Give them a try and you will be glad you did. Thanks guys!
