Would never purchase a Harley from this place. Wanted to charge full new price for a 5 year old Harley. Because of extras. Extras cost them nothing but wanted to charge the buyer for them.

Considering getting a Harley in the near future I stopped in to admire these beautiful machines. Shortly after arriving in the showroom I was greeted by My salesman Eddie. Even though I was not ready to make a purchase that day, Eddie did not seem annoyed or that I wasting his time at all, very professional. I was satisfied with how he answered all of my questions and explaining all of the services offered by Biker Bob's. They have a separate building with a good selection of used bikes and winter storage spaces. First step is to take the rider safety course as recommended by my salesman. When it's time for that purchase I'll be sure to have Eddie handle the sale.

Went to dealer on Friday about the ride a Harley on the weekend. Was told must have boots, pants, and dot helmet. I show up Sunday to test ride, I am told no tank top or sleeveless shirts, should have a jacket. I go home, grab a jacket. Go for a ride, he lets other people ride with tank tops, sleeveless shirts and tennis shoes and novelty helmets. Not impressed with this organization. The second Harley I rode was rough running, mentioned it to management, and he blew it off. Like I said, not impressed.

High prices, high pressure. If you're not a regular, expect to get ignored, especially when buying parts. If you don't treat me like I matter buy $100 in parts (always at MSRP or more here!) then don't expect me to ever spend $20k on a bike. And make an appointment for service? No calls backs or follow up. Meanwhile they have time to post pics on social media of the owner living large in Alaska on a trip. Now I know why they charge so much.

Great customer service that is really down to earth. I spoke with the owner while having my brakes serviced and he's very approachable and cares about his customers. Bikers Bob Harley is very thorough while inspecting your bike for any additional issues you may have on your bike. I highly recommend this dealership!

Amazing instructors. Amazing people. They took time to explain everything. They encouraged us to the point of no return! We didn't have the choice to fail because they were focusing us on how well we were doing. Always stressing safe riding habits. The way they treated my mom was the best. She isn't Mrs. Confidence and they were perfectly sweet and tough. They pushed her but never let her think she was failing and SHE PASSED! I am now a more confident and safer rider out there.

Top notch! I rarely write reviews, but these guys were awesome. My sales person Fred was phenomenal. Scott from finance was awesome as well. I drove an hour to buy my new Harley, and the whole team stayed late to get the deal done. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Everyone that I interacted with was great. 10 out of 10. Five stars.

Brittany is a very helpful and kind lady. She assisted in planning the Biker Bob's trip to the Milwaukee Harley Davidson Museum this July (2017). She answers emails in a timely manner and has a kind and friendly personality.

They are really good at making sales, but you have to be careful of all the hidden charges, and service department I have heard so many things wrong with them, but so far they have been okay with me. I got endorsement with them as well, classes weren't bad, they are fast pace, not everyone at the end ended up passing.

I would highly recommend this establishment. Took my son there to go Christmas shopping for my father and they had Santa Claus there that was the most nicest man you have ever met and they had activities for the children to do there also

I just graduated from 2017's first Beginning Rider's course and all I can say is WOW!!! I didn't know what to expect, but I can say that I got way more that I thought I would.

First, the staff. The level of commitment to me as a student was amazing. There were 20 people in the class and it was obvious from day one that the staff, knew what they were talking about and that although safety was number one, it could be done while still having fun.

I had ridden before 20 years ago and I will admit that I went into the class thinking I knew enough to put me ahead a little, I couldn't have been more wrong. The coaches were showing me things that I never thought of and all while keeping me and everyone else safe out on the range. I knew enough to not fall over but after a week with these coaches I know enough to say I want to learn more.

I will say, leave your feel goods at home. These coaches have a very hard job to do. They have to make sure that the students are safe all while they are riding around on full sized motorcycles in a small contained space. It can be noisy and sometimes a point has to be made that can only be made while getting loud over the sound of revving motorcycles. All this while being respectful and safe, hats off to John, Ashley, Jeff, Sean and Lee for keeping us all upright and unbroken.

I'm looking forward to future adventures at Biker Bob's and if your looking for a place to start riding you certainly won't go wrong.

P.S. If you want a tip for some cool points
    All four Paws..
    Four Fingers..
    Feet Up..
And if you bring donuts make sure that you get at least 2 plain cake donuts with chocolate frosting. NOT chocolate on chocolate, lol.

    Good Luck

Stopped in to check out all the new models. The sales manager that helped us was seriously on point and knowledgeable about every model on the floor. She knew everything there was to know and was able to answer every single question thrown to her. I was impressed.
