Excellent!!
Customer service is great!! I will be back!!
I take my work van here, and now my family's vehicles. Way better than what the dealership offers.
They have two locations the easiest one to actually access dealing with traffic is the one off of Thomas Road and Illinois Road. They do get busy but they are friendly and they are clear on their pricing and they do a good job. They also rent vans on occasion
Always friendly service. Locally owned. They don't try to over sale you on things you don't need. Competitively priced.
Great work. very honest. Affordable.
Always treated me right n good fair prices on tires.
Dave was awesome to work with and got me back on the road with affordable tires after I had a blowout. Only place in town with a tire this size in town.
Friendly staff, great service and prices.
They replaced my engine fast and at a good price I love Braden he is a sexy beast he gets my engine going
The guys that work there are cool except for Sam. His attitude over the years has gotten worse. For as much money as I have spent over the years and then to talked to like I'm just some annoyance is just ridiculous!!!! Me and my family have done bussiness with them for years. We will not be going back there as long as he's there.
Dropped car off for a 4 wheel alignment, tire rotation, and to get a wheel balanced. Went to pick it up to find that they only aligned the front. When asked why, they said that they don't align rear wheels here (supposedly their other location does, but not this one.. how are you able to align front wheels but not rear?). Why this was not mentioned when the appointment was made, I do not know. Cost: $60for just a front end alignment. For less than $10 more you can get a full 4 wheel alignment elsewhere. I also found that they rotated the tires improperly. The car has a staggered wheel setup (rears are wider than the fronts) and therefore the tires should only be rotated side to side. I assume that they did the traditional tire rotation method of swapping diagonally without even looking at the tire sizes because the front wheels ended up on the rear and the rears on the front. You don't put the wide tires on the front and the narrow ones on the rear They also left grease/dirt on the seat and door panel. Waste of time and money.
