  Tom Sawyer and Allen have a customer for life! I bought a bike a while back from your basic spring good store. Needed some work done and took it to a bike shop on the east side. Well he looked down at his nose and said "oh we don't work on those!". Well I called Allen and he took care of me! Go see Tom Sawyer and Allen!!

  Needed parts driving around the country you don't know what you're getting into but anyone that's driving through Wichita this is the best place to go nice people very informative and in fact I think I'm going to buy my next bike here that's how impressed I was five stars

  What a great store. I had bought a set of tires a while back and didn't have a receipt. They allowed me to exchange them for some handle bar tape, tubes and even assembled me a pair of brake pads. Plus put some cash back in my pocket. That's customer service at its best in my opinion.

  Where Lee's often laugh at me when I go for my crappy bike parts, these guys get it for me without batting an eye. I am looking at upgrading my bike and definitely will be going there to buy it. Their parts are often cheaper than most of the bike shops in Wichita and are almost always in stock. When I asked for a crank removal tool, rather than trying to have them do it themselves, they gladly gave me the tool and said it was the one they used in their shop, and then explained to me what I needed to do. Great all around guys.

  Alan (owner) is awesome. He has repaired a Recumbent Trike and built up from pieces a Commuter Bike for me. His prices were around half of what I was quoted from other bike shops and the quality of work is top notch. If he doesn't have what your looking for in stock, he can get it. I will continue to do business with him and recommend all my friends to him. Help support local business and give Alan a call.
