I have now purchased 25 bikes form Bicycle Exchange. They can sell you bikes all day long and do a great job. I had a really tricky warranty issue on a frame purchased 10 years ago. Mike went above and beyond working with the manufacturer to get the frame replaced and the new ride built back up. Go see the Bike Man for great bikes and great after the sale service.

From the moment we walked in the door, every employee we dealt with was patient, straightforward, and took the time to explain the difference in the bikes so that we could make an educated decision.
This was our first non box store bike purchase, and they made it an incredibly enjoyable experience.

BEST BIKE SHOP EVER! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came in wasn't sure what exact style of bike I was looking for and ended up leaving with a nicer bike for cheaper than anywhere else I looked.

Stop by and took a look at a bicycle for myself and they were wonderful! They spent extra time showing my little one his 1st bicycle and put the biggest smile one his face!!! LIFE TIME CUSTOMER!

I have never been more pleased with a shopping experience than i was at this specific Bicycle Exchange. The staff here is unlike anyone you've ever seen! They are very knowledgeable and are very willing to help you in any situation. Will never go back to another bike shop.

I had a little bump in the road this week and had a little challenge in getting the information I was looking for in purchasing a new tri bike. Patrick (I have worked with him before and he WAY knows his stuff) learned of my challenges and reached out and called me that very day. He generously offered to have some bikes ready for me to evaluate when I came back in. Clearly they are concerned about the customer experience. Thanks Patrick and staff for going the extra mile!

This is the best place in town to purchase bikes! We worked with Patrick and John and they were top notch! All the staff is very knowledgeable about their products and very friendly. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!

If your looking for a place that will go out of their way to make sure you get the service you need. THIS IS YOUR PLACE! I have shopped for my bikes, bike accessories at BXC for years and I am never disappointed in the team there. Mike the owner. Patrick the manager, Jack the head maintenance man and all the staff will make sure you get what you need. Remember be a little patient with them in the peak seasons, that place gets busy.

Friendly staff and great selection! Been a customer for years and still visit occasionally from out of state. They have a wide variety of bikes and brands to choose from. I've boughten several bikes from here and they've always been straight with me through the purchase and after. If you need repairs or want to upgrade they have a good knowledgeable set of mechanics as well as lots of aftermarket parts to choose from. I would recommend this to anyone whether you're looking to start riding, are a hardcore cyclist, or just want to browse a cool place.

Beautiful store, one of the biggest I have seen anywhere. Lots of top-quality accessories. Interesting history area with vintage bikes hanging from the ceiling. Super-friendly and knowledgeable staff. Located in a cool neighborhood with a new brew-pub right around the corner. This is the place to be if you're in Wichita and worth the trip to see if you're not.

Wonderful business! My granddaughter's bicycle was stolen off their front porch and she relied on it to get around. Being unable to replace it I contacted Bicycle X-Change and she was one of the many people that they have now provided bicycles for. Our visit to the store was worth the trip just for the Old Town atmosphere. The store is filled with most anything bike related you might need and the employees are friendly and helpful. I found out while we were there that you can rent bikes to check out Wichita and the bike trails too! Old Town is very bike friendly and has "hitching posts" along the edge of the sidewalks to lock you bike too. So rent a bike a check out Old Town. :)
