Great bike shop and great customer service. Jeff in the service department is always helpful no matter if it's fixing a cable or changing out components in race frames. Can't beat Lee's "do anything for you" attitude.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are always quick to help me tune my bikes, and I like to support my local bicycle shop. They have organized group rides from the shop in Saturdays and Wednesday evenings that are a lot of fun and very enjoyable. Great assortment and if they don't have what you're looking for, they will get it. Repairs are done right the first time and I appreciate that they care about their customers.

Lee and his family run a first class shop! I've been in the store twice now and both times the customer service & professionalism has been outstanding. It's evident that the business is people centric, and not just about making a buck.

I made a special trip to Lee's Bike Shop to check things out. It is not convenient for me - located on the other side of town maybe 15 miles from my house - but this will not deter me from going back. I have a good relationship with a bike shop closer to my abode, however, I plan on returning to Lee's. There was no issues with their customer service as previous reviewers have mentioned. They were friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. They are a Trek dealer and I was also exposed to a new bike brand, Surly. Prices are expensive, but you have a dealer to service you for the lifespan of the bicycle. Cyclists in the Auburn Hills area of Wichita rejoice, you have a cool shop in your neighborhood.
