Very helpful and friendly, not pushy. Willing to work with you for your best deal.
Good selection have bought 4 cars here all have been grear
Very efficient and thorough service. Excellent follow through to make sure we were satisfied customers. Josh Brainerd is very friendly and polite person and a pleasure to work with.
Service Manager, Richard Lord, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to my experience with Tom Naquin. I was in desperate need of an oil change, on short notice, and they were able to squeeze me in very timely. Mr. Lord's demeanor of the customer comes first is truly depicted in his work style. Also, would like to point out how professional and friendly Michael Goepfrich was. He was there to answer questions and to make us feel like we were at home. Nice job to the whole service team. I will definitely be back and pass along a positive word of mouth to my family and friends. Thanks. Tom Naquin RULES.
Just purchased a 2017.5 Rogue and can not say enough good things about this dealer. Started with being approach by Sean who found our original sales person Joe Osbourne who helped us on a 2015 Rogue 2 years ago
Joe made us feel at ease and help us from start to finish. Will be back to this dealer for future vehicles.
Had good selection of vehicles we were searching for. Sales person friendly not pushy let us take car home for weekend.worked with us on our trade and price.
The service technician was very knowledgeable about air conditioning. They kept me updated and provided car service to and from work. Definitely would recommend
Our saleman Joe got us an incredible deal on a 2012 Chrysler 200. All around good place to go for a new or used car.
Tom Naquin fixed my 2008 CTS timing chains under the special extended warranty GM provides. They did excellent work, and only had the car 2 days!
Tom Naquin finds ways to make the impossible a very possible reality.
Joe Osborne has been my salesman for several years and has been a very honest and detailed rep who focuses on making sure I don't settle for anything less than what I can truly achieve . Great attitude and very genuine character.
Leo Reyes had my paperwork taken care of extremely prompt and accurate. Very polite and respectful , focusing on making sure I am truly knowledgeable to what I am signing. He also ensured my insurance and warranty is best suited for all of life's unexpected disasters.
I swung by today and Josh (another salesman) took my car for a car wash. I was impressed because he had no reason to. He didn't gain anything from it since Joe got the sale but he wanted to ensure that since I just got it, that I could show it off clean and immaculate.
Very friendly and fair team that makes you feel like you're there for a fitting vehicle not one of the car lots with the desperation and unethical practices . Tom Naquin has great pricing, solid communication, clean facility, very detailed and knowledgeable staff and takes the time to properly inspect a vehicle new or used prior to leaving the lot.
Drive down the street to another dealer, These guys put lipstick on pigs and lie about their used cars just to get a sale for the highest price.
My story, The truck I was looking to by was a 08 Avalanche after a few test drives I noticed the check engine light was on, I asked what was that about and he told me that it ran out of gas so the light was came on. So I leave and come back a few days later and the lights off and everything seems fine so I buy the truck and am happy with my purchase even though I think I overpaid a bit, about a month later I let the gas get below a 1/4 tank and then the truck was out of gas and I'm stranded on the side of the road, now I know they had to have known the gas gauge didn't work properly when it ran out of gas the first time but they decided to withhold that information when selling me the truck. They also use a company to fix rips and tears in the leather seats that only last about a week and now my seats look like a dog was trapped inside for a days.
Keep going you can find the same car someplace else don['t trust these guys they aren't here to help they just want the sale.
The car I wanted to test drive had a flat tire. Bad start. The dealer, Lee or something like that was his name, took me inside and started talking prices before I even got to drive the car or sit inside it. Not only was their price too high, I hadn't even driven it yet! When I kept telling him the price was too high, he kept asking why. I told him there was a newer, nicer one down the road for cheaper, and it was true. He kept asking why I didn't just by that one. What kind of dealer does that? I'm not dumb, if I know what car I want I'm gonna search for the lowest price. Nightmarish.
