Austin DeHaven was a wonderful salesman! He stayed over his hours to make sure we were happy with our purchase and everything was set so we could take it home! He was so helpful with making sure we were right in the price range we wanted to be! I will be highly recommending him to everyone that is in need of a vehicle! He truly one of a kind! I was very impressed that the service manager went for a drive with me so he could see that I definitely had a weird sound coming from my vehicle. It took a while, but they were finally able to figure out what was making the sound and get it fixed. Their car loaner program was also very helpful during this time.

Ashley was phenominal. The entire staff worked very diligently to get me into the right vehicle to fit my needs. They made me feel like I was their top priority throughout the entire process. I will be purchasing my future vehicles from this dealership. I strongly recommend everyone to see Ashley before you make your next purchase.

This was my first contact with your dealership. I brought my recently purchased 2012 Enclave in for an oil change and to be checked over prior to a road trip. I was very pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of all the employees I came in contact with. The comfort of and cleanliness of the waiting area and the speed in which my car was serviced. I'll definitely be back!

Mark Williams was a pleasure to do business with. He took special care of all our needs and made sure that all our questions were answered. The experience we had through the entire buying process was great. We would definitely buy from them again. I could not be happier with the service I received while trading out my 2015 Sierra for my 2017. It was probably the most efficient and friendly experience I've ever had buying/leasing a vehicle. I have and will continue to recommend Austin Dehaven and Kelly's as a whole to friends and family!

Being a single female and trying to buy/lease a car can be extremely frustrating but working with Kevin and Mike they made it extremely easy and relaxing. The professionalism that Kevin and Mike showed me was hands down the best I've had at a car dealership. Never once was I "pushed" into a vehicle and they listened to what my concerns were. The whole staff was extremely helpful to help me get into a vehicle and I couldn't be more pleased. I will strongly recommend Buick GMC along with Kevin and Mike for people I know who are looking for vehicles

I have been most pleased with experience at Kelly Buick. Dennis Ernest was courteous and patient as I was shopping & later in teaching me new car features. I especially liked being able to take car home overnight before I purchased. This is one dealership in which the sales and service departments work hand-in-hand to make customer feel welcomed and important. ( I have been driving 50 yrs and this is my first Buick.)

Earl made my buying experience pleasant! He had an extensive knowledge of the products. I told him what I wanted and he was able to find the perfect vehicle at a great price! I recommend both Earl Sticker and Tom Kelley Buick GMC!

I had a very great experience at Tom Kelley Buick GMC in Fort Wayne. Dennis Ernest went out of his way to make sure they get me what I wanted. Very happy! They worked in a timely manner and most importantly they kept me informed on the process of finding my vehicle. The financing part with Bruce Patterson went very smooth very quick. Bruce made some great recommendations to us. I would definitely recommend Tom Kelley GMC to anyone. Thank you Tom Kelley Buick GMC for a great experience.

I recently purchased two new GMC vehicles, quite unusual for me. I typically don't enjoy the new vehicle search & purchase process, but my recent buying experience with the TOM Kelley GMC personnel was exceptional from sales person to GM. They provided outstanding assistance without the typical 'sales at any cost' pressure. In fact, I found myself compelled to return after a few days of driving to tell them how much I liked both vehicles and to just say hello. I highly recommend the TOM Kelley GMC team in addition to the high quality vehicles they sell.

Ashley and the Kelly Team went above and beyond to put my wife and I in a brand new GMC Sierra. We test drove the vehicle and later found it was way beyond our budget. Ashley met with several sales managers and even spoke with Tom Kelly himself to see if there were any way to compromise near a payment we could afford. This is our 4th vehicle purchase from the Kelly Team and we were treated like family. Ashley worked hard to find every discount possible. At no time did she ever pressure us into a purchase and she described all options, top to bottom, without hesitation. This type of customer service is what has made our family continue to shop with Kelly for 12 years now, and we’ll be back for our next vehicle!
