With Burger Chrysler being a USAA accredited Body Shop I had High expectations especially with my brand new Dodge Charger. Everyone at the shop was helpful, professional, and caring. They performed perfectly and fixed my car in a timely manner for the amount of damage my car received. Their service was above and beyond. When I received my car completely cleaned out, washed windows inside and out. Returned in even better condition. I appreciate your help and thank you for everything you guys do.

Took our jeep in for a recall. Asked to have two new keys made. Quoted $45 activation fee and $60/key. Upon p/u it was $126/key. They "genourisly" lowered it to $96.55/key. Crooks

I have always had good luck with Burger. I bought my first car from Bob in 2008, it was the best little car I ever had, After having issue's with another Terre Haute dealership I found a Dodge Journey at Burger. I love it! Their automotive center is wonderful. The only negative thing I have is from the fiance department, we said we did not want the extra warranty and when we were signing the paper work she had put it down as we wanted the warranty. She was just a fill in but I felt like she was trying to be sneaky. Other than that they are wonderful. I wish they had a bigger selection with used trucks b/c my husband would buy from them as well.

I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO USE THE SERVICE CENTER @ BURGER
Brian decided to lose a $500 sale and a customer over a $45 charge they claimed and informed me that they couldn't get warranty to pay for it so instead they forward the charge to the customer after they went ahead and repaired 2 recall/warranty issues on the vehicle WITH OUT CUSTOMER CONSENT!!!
THE VEHICLE DID NOT COME IN FOR THOSE ISSUES SO WHY PERFORM WORK ESPECIALLY WITH OUT CONSENT???
YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS AND IM SURE AS LONG AS YOU KEEP BRIAN AROUND YOU WILL LOSE MORE!!!response / report this review -

went in to see about leasing a new jeep..from the beginning i got the feeling that i was somehow bothering them..we were the only people in the dealership for the two hours we waited to hear the numbers. When he finally came back he said that he calculated a finance offer instead of a lease bc "the woman in finance was busy on the phone and it basically the same price"..NO, he said my lease would be about $600/Month with $6000 Down..BS..i got how and got a hold of Chrysler..for that exact jeep on the same lease they said my payment would be under $200/month

Mia, our sells rep, was so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. There was never a haggle and she made sure we received the best price and all the options we desired on our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I will always buy from Burger Jeep and Mia!

Kudos to Mia and Tom!! They were awesome and knew what they were talking about. Had my car ready for me to test drive with my name on it! Gave me everything I asked for and more! Mia stayed later than was expected to help me out and I felt bad but really appreciated it! They did not try to sell me something I did not want! Kudos again!! I love my new SUV!!
