New owners have really done a Great Job! Expanded menu has a number of tasty items. Renovations are wondetful.

Great place least expensive breakfast breakfast in town. Although you can buy breakfast for less than four bucks they only accept cash. Great breakfast good cheeseburgers.

I ordered two seafood combination platters. First the baked potatos we're old. They were burned on the outside and brown on the inside. The crab cake was mushy. The beer battered cod was horrible. The beer must have been old or they used to much beer. The broccoli was dry but tender. The only thing I enjoyed was the three tiny scallops. Thanks but no thanks I won't ever waste my hard earned money there again.

The new owners have done a nice job of updating the decor and the food quality is still good. New items are added to expand the menu too. Still reasonably priced.

Food was decent but they charge for soda refills! Full price for a refill. I've never heard of a place charging for refills. Kind of ridiculous. But the food was pretty good so we will be back. Maybe they will change this practice.

Skip over this place and you will be happy. Grabbing Wawa down the street would have been a 10x experience. New owners need to shake up the food first to draw new blood into that place. Me and my husband went for dinner last night and left hungry and nauseous from the food we did eat. Everything was just butter flavor oil saturated and the crappiest, bottom barrel food you can concoct in your senses. I have nothing against hole in the wall diners- I love them actually. This place though is in need of salvation. I had a side of egg salad literally on my plate as a side dish and thought it was butter for almost 10 minutes. I wasn't touching it and my husband asked if I know what was in the dish. I realized that if you got really close you could see white flecks of egg white inside the tumultuous mix of egg salad Spackle. That was the consistency of it it- I could have used it to fill in holes in a wall. I pray for the bowels of the patrons @ Tom Jones.

Despite new ownership, Tom Jones is still Tom Jones. The new owners have kept almost all the old staff and are introducing new menu items daily. Tonight's special was Lasagna, Salmon, or Grilled Chicken Caesar salad. Yes, a salad at Toms.The table behind me got the Lasagna. She took half of it hone the serving was that big. It looked delicious.
I'm anxious to see the changes that will be made and see how the old will blend with the new on the menu. They will be taking plastic soon too. I've been going to Tom Jones for 40 years and am planning on going for awhile longer. It's that good.response / report this review -

The staff here is very friendly. Nicely sized meals. However, my meal could been seasoned better. Also, bring cash with you. They don't accept credit cards.

I've bee going to this place for years! Love it. I went when I was single and now I bring my whole family of 5 kids for an affordable dinner or brunch. Try the milkshakes!

We visited here last weekend for my husband's birthday breakfast. It was recommended by a friend. The service was amazing! Every staff member was so polite to us and overly eager to serve us. Even with our daughter spilling her milk all over the floor. They assured us not to cry over spilled milk. The prices are really low, it reminded me of what a diner should be. We had great food and a wonderful experience. Even with the old school of paying by cash, we didn't mind in the least! We recommend this place to everyone truly looking for great service, a blast from the past, and good quality home cooked meal!
