  Normally have good experiences but not today
  I'm on train 91 right now going from Deland to tampa .lady (train) employee is the rudest unpleasant person I have ever delt with ..i think I am going contact the credit card I paid with to see what can be done.

  I love using the Deland Amtrak station, the station masters are courteous and the restrooms are kept clean.
