I would give more than five stars if I could. My sister who lives in Kentucky was home for Thanksgiving, when her brake light came on. I frantically called around to several local auto repair shops early on Black Friday and no one was open. I decided to call Tom Cherry Muffler after seeing their amazing reviews online. My sister and I walked in and were greeted kindly by the owner (Ismael). He was able to get my sisters car back promptly and after only a 15 minute wait , he was able to tell us what was wrong. Her car needed new brake pads and rotors resurfaced. They were able to get everything done the same day, with a fair price. I was so pleased , that I decided to have my rotors resurfaced, my car would shake when I would brake. It has been a week later and my sisters car has been great and so has mine. The shaking when braking is no longer an issue on my car. Not only was the service speedy, fairly priced, but the customer service was impecable. As two young female adults I was worried we would be taken advantage of, but Ismael took the time to explain everything, give my sister options for her car, break down costs, and all while not pressuring us into doing anything. I will be returning to this shop if I need any work in the future. You won’t go wrong with this body shop.

It's my first time visiting there. I like them. Though they didn't find the exact issue of my car, I was impressed by their good manner. They diagnosed my car for free, and found my car having several tough issues. So I understand they weren't the experts. I will consider this store first next time if my car has issues.

This is the best auto shop in town. I took my car in with some serious issues (brake lines, axles) and received great service at a fair price. Ismail (the owner) was open and honest when diagnosing the problems and did not attempt to sell me work I did not need. He presented me all the options available, including ones with different costs and outcomes. In the end, he left the decision up to me and didn't attempt to influence my decision in any way. I will definitely be back here again when I need work done on my car.

Could have EASILY told me I needed 2 new parts. Instead, fixed the existing parts for a fraction of what I expected to pay. Will be back again and again.

Tom Cherry Mufflers is a splendid place to take your car in. They offer a wide range of services, not just exhaust related issues. They did brakes and a cat replacement for me and did it cheaper than any other shop around.
The only reason I knocked off a star is because the job took longer than promised in a time I really needed the car.
That being said, they are very quick to make things right, and treat their customers with full respect.

Went in because of the good reviews that they had on Google only to be extremely disappointed Had a simple question about how to quiet down the exhaust that I just put on my car and was told there was nothing they could do when they never asked anything about the exhaust, car, what I wanted to accomplish or even looked at the car. The person that I talked to acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and said "we are swamped, can you come back later?" Yeah right Won't bring anything to them again. Went to another Muffler shop and they suggested an easy fix and acted like it was nothing hard to do!

I was referred to Tom Cherry by an existing car dealership in town.
Upon arrival, I was welcomed immediately with a smiling face. I told the technicians what service was required and I saw exactly what needed to be repaired with my exhaust on my 2005 Toyota Matrix.
Mitch P. and the rest of the crew worked efficiently and quickly to get my car back on the road. Very professional and competitively priced.
