Have worked with Tom in Santa Maria and Nipomo opportunities, most of them last minute, strange hour showings.., Tom always gets it done. He's well connected in the area and has all the right levers to pull on (Finance, City regs, Contractors) to get you Home!

Tom is an excellent realtor. Tom helped my wife and I purchase our first home. From the beginning we started working with Tom, he was transparent and informative about the process of buying a home. Tom was a pleasure to work with and was always available to answer our questions and made our first home purchase as easy as possible. His years of experience in the industry was valuable when showing us homes in the areas we are not too familiar with. Tom goes above and beyond to ensure that we were doing well with our move and our new home even after close of escrow. Overall, Tom put our needs and criteria in a home as a priority, and he wealth of knowledge in real estate allowed us to be confident in our first purchase. Thank you Tom!

We closed on our home in September. The entire Tom Brown team will work very hard to get you in the house you want not just some random house from a group of listings. Ishmael our realtor was amazing! He was always available and made the entire process as easy as a home purchase can possibly be. I will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Santa Maria area
