  We couldn't be happier with Natalya and Flat Rate LA Real Estate! Natalya helped us sell our townhome and purchase our lovely new home. She was a consummate professional, very responsive and most importantly really knows all the nuances of buying and selling real estate. Without Natalya's expertise we never would have been able to purchase our beautiful home because there were dozens of showings booked and they had 8 offers on the table.   After several unsuccessful attempts to buy a house, we decided to contact Natalya. Flat Rate LA Real Estate has very good reviews so we hoped Natalya could help us. It was really hard at 2022 spring crazy time to buy a house that you like. We worked with another realtor and we lost 4 houses in the bidding war. To our surprise, with Natalia, as soon as we found a nice house, we easily defeated our competitors and opened escrow. We were happy until the inspection showed problems with termites and the foundation. Natalya advised to cancel escrow. Despite the multiple offers for the next house, we opened escrow again. This time we bought a house. It was AMAZING! I do not know if Natalya knows any secrets, but she is the consummate professional and advocate when purchasing a house. She gives objective and straightforward advice, relentlessly follows up on every detail and is very anticipatory about your needs. She was excellent about setting realistic expectations in this red hot market. We are delighted with our house and almost every day remember some characteristic about the house that Natalya pointed out to us. Most of all, Natalya genuinely wants people to be happy with their choice of home. In addition to first-class service, Flat Rate LA Real Estate paid our closing fees. We were impressed.   Natalya at Flat Rate LA Real Estate was fantastic, and we enjoyed working with her to sell our home. We chose her because her fee for listing services was competitive and her negotiation and the full-service fee were less expensive than other local companies. We're pleased to say that all of her services were excellent, and it is shocking to me that other companies/realtors charge what they do in comparison. Natalya was realistic with us about our options, but she also respected our decisions. She was responsive and helpful, which was essential for us as first-time sellers. We would definitely work with Natalya again in the future. 5 STARS

  Amazing service that end up saving me $40,000 in commissions. I have used realtors twice selling my previous homes and it is not they are not good, but I spent the more effort to prepare for documents and get house ready myself. Flat Rate LA Real Estate has a very comprehensive and easy to understand articles about selling your house on their website, and they give you the reality- price is most important factor to get a buyer. Natalya ordered fantastic pictures, video tour, she made flyers and did open house. The entire process was very organized. I got 3 offers and accepted on from a buyer who was not working with an agent so I paid no commission and only paid $4700 for the Flat Rate LA Real Estate service. I highly recommend Natalya to anyone who is looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and responsive real estate agent, her company seems to be invested in helping consumers save money and in keeping the real estate industry honest.

  Natalya was fantastic to work with and we are so thankful to have her here in LA! We were first-time home buyers with limited knowledge of houses. Natalya was super quick and responsive helping us identify potential houses and book tours in a matter of hours upon listing. She was very knowledgeable about all house types and helped us understand the pros and cons of each house we looked at. Ultimately, we decided to go with a New Construction home. She was always available for each walk through we did over the 7-month period and provided great input. We got an $18,700 rebate from Flat Rate LA Real Estate after closing which is a huge bonus. We are so happy we decided to work with Natalya!
