I rarely write reviews, however, had to find the time to express my gratitude and appreciation for Meridith from Albert Management at Citrus. My husband and I purchased a home in Citrus about a year ago. The house needed a complete face lift. Having lived in several different HOA communities in the past 20 years, I knew the first thing I needed to do was read the CCR’s, and contact the management company/HOA office. I hoped that whomever I spoke to would be fair, courteous, and professional. Meridith did not disappoint us. She made sure we were well informed of all the HOA rules prior to working on the house. Meridith is always friendly, easy to talk to, and professional. We kept her informed of all our work progress and changes, and she courteously made sure everything we were doing was within the HOA rules. Meridith was knowledgeable and quick to respond to our many questions.
We’re almost done remodeling, and I must say that Meridith made our remodeling experience as fun as she could. Meridith is simply an exceptional employee with integrity, and loyalty to both the HOA and its homeowners. We love working with her.response / report this review -

Don't waste your time with this company, they have no real values and aren't professional and don't have have integrity. Take it with someone with instead knowledge.
