  My experience with Scott and his team has been five stars all the way. His experience and knowledge of real estate laws enabled my sale to go smoothly and trouble free. He represented me with my interests being most important. and all that with a good amount of generosity. Communications with the staff answered all my questions.

  I chose Scott Williams because of his decades of experience in Santa Barbara real estate and the many highly laudatory and very grateful recommendations of his customers. Now I want to add my voice to this choir. My experience selling my property was easy, flawless, and fast. Within a week the property had been beautifully staged; within three days of being on the market, we had three offers. Scott knowledgeably managed these offers with integrity. He walked me through the steps of a 1031 exchange, connecting me with an exchange agent. The sale was complete in one month. There were no hitches, no rough patches, no wakeful nights. I am confident the price received was the best it could be. I know the service of Scott and his team was!

  I recently moved into a home in Santa Barbara which I had the pleasure of purchasing with the help of Scott Williams and Susannah O'Dea of Berkshire Hathaway. I had been recommended to Scott by a family friend who had worked with him on purchasing multiple properties, and she said that he had helped her to win several bidding wars, little did I know that his skill set would be exactly what I needed!
  
  I started looking in January, and Scott and Susannah showed me many, many houses, and in great variety too. I was kept up to date on the MLS, but Scott and Susannah found plenty of relevant houses. As a team, I felt like they were always in reach and that I was able to see a house that came on the market ASAP. Susannah was consistently a joy to coordinate with and was always sensitive to my needs. She also adapted to my communication preferences, which was so nice.
  
  Ultimately, Susannah found "the one". I saw it the day it was listed, fell in love and immediately Scott got to work on comps in order to assess the value of the home. The next day, we returned for a second showing and were ready with a solid offer immediately after. There was another offer from a buyer, and we were in a bidding war on the second day the house was on the market. I was very eager, and while Scott certainly took my wishes into account, he also erred on the side of not offering too much so as to save me money. He could have easily just made a very high offer, but Scott was just the right amount of conservative, which I found to be ethical and honorable. Needless to say, we won the bidding war and I was elated! Scott and Susannah made the win feel so special and ceremonious which was so heartwarming.
  
  After my offer was accepted, Scott and Susannah lined up all of the inspections. There were many, but gave me a great opportunity to understand my house, which was built in 1925. We ultimately were able to get the final purchase price under asking with the allowances for repairs & improvements.
  
  I couldn't speak more highly of Scott and Susannah. Scott's extensive experience was invaluable and Susannah's expert communication, guidance and professionalism make them an excellent team. Though I had purchased a few properties in the past, my experience couldn't compare in the least to this. I felt taken care of from start to finish, learning along the way. The purchase felt really ceremonious, which was something I didn't know I valued until I experienced it.
  
  I would most definitely work with Scott and Susannah and recommend them to anyone in the future.

  Scott is an exceptional agent, well worth his commission, as is very detailed and knowledgeable on all the rules, regulations & paperwork and is committed for the long term, through good and bad markets, unlike many others. He actually listened carefully to my requests and did not waste time showing homes which were not to my specifications. We searched for a long time before meeting Scott who persevered and showed me the perfect house which I eventually bought. The negotiation process was painless due to his knowledge, patience and helpfulness. He was always punctual and creative to offer solutions to seemingly impossible problems and he has always been available for help even years after the sale.

  Scott Williams has been the source of a lot of our real estate success! Scott works tirelessly, passionately and is extremely resourceful at his work. He was always prompt to meetings, available to us for questions and dug deep to help us solve problems. His moving van is a fantastic service (which we used) and really a brilliant idea on his part.
  
  His ability to find properties that fit our needs has kept us excited in the art of remodeling, which can be challenging at best! His market research skills made our choices educated and much easier. When it comes time to sell, he had great resources to stage our projects and was so effective in negotiating and qualifying buyers.
  
  We have seen the high and low of the housing market with Scott. The man is loyal, committed and optimistic. He is so worth his commission and always worked to obtain the best price for our projects. We recommend Scott Williams for all your real estate needs!
