Lifetime warranty is worthless. Paint is bubbling less than a year after the repair work they performed. They won't fix that under warranty but the guy suggested covering up the rust with some plastic parts - great idea if you don't mind them falling off in another year when the fenders are rusted clear through - but it seems to me to sum up how they do their work - crappy cover up work. Will NOT return and will encourage my friends to go Truscelli's just across the road - I've had work done by them that still hasn't rusted 6 years later. Live and learn.

This was my second repair I had done their. Wasn't completely pleased with the first one but it was some serious damage to the pillar and the door. After the repair the door wasn't gapped very well and my sunroof squeaks all the time. Now on my second repair there the bumper is gapped between the headlight and bumper. I brought it back to have the bumper adjusted properly. They adjusted most of the bumper but didn't fix the 1/4 inch gap beside the headlight. They said all bumpers aren't made the same and there was nothing they could do about it. Well in my opinion if you got a bumper that didn't fit right then you order a new bumper. Now when it rains the water goes inside my fender and all over the wires. There are other things I could nit pick about the job but I will leave it at that. If I have any other repair work to be done I will try Sterling Auto Body.

I have never been so impressed with customer service in my life. Todd and his employees went above and beyond all expectations to assist me in my hour of need. After having wrecked my jeep on a nearby interstate on Christmas Eve and spending several fruitless hours trying to find alternative transportation, Todd and his crew saved the day by tracking down and bringing to me a rental car (when none were available within 30 miles) so that I could continue my travels and spend the holidays with my family. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing repair work. I am confident he will impress you as he did me.
