Customer service was the best that I have ever had at any auto service. With my trailer and gator in tow passing through town on a way to some outdoor fun ( on a Sat ) with family we stopped Mendota for a bathroom break only to find my water pump was shot. Called ARS about 1030am and was told that they closed at noon and would not be able to get to it until Mon afternoon. I had no other choice, I'd have to leave it and come back when finished which is 1 hour away from my home town. The mechanic stayed late and was able to get it fixed that day instead of 2 days later. We continued north and enjoyed our shooting trip and picked up the truck on the way home.i do not remember his name so Thanks to ARS Auto.

One of the worst places to go to. Waited around for 30 minutes only to be told my appointment was cancelled because the owner saw my vehicle at another repair shop a few weeks earlier for an unrelated repair, owner is a child.

My daughter's jeep broke down on a Sunday night on her way back to school in Bloomington. Several locals highly recommended ARS - and they were correct. I called first thing Monday morning, explained the situation (I was a 3 hour drive away) and they picked up it right away and had it fixed for us by the end of day Monday. Excellent work at a fair price, especially given that they took care of it the same day. I would highly recommend them.

Great people - I had some car issues while driving to St. Louis for Thanksgiving and they were able to look at my car right away, and tried everything to find the part needed that day.
