I wish I had read the reviews before we went. We hoofed it there in the cold after visiting The Hall hoping for something different, but we were really disappointed. We had tried to go once before when Kenny Chesney was performing, but it was too packed to get a seat. We were looking forward to going again while in town to try it. It was mediocre at best, and that's a huge compliment. The waitstaff and hostesses have no greeting, seating, waiting or customer skills in general. It's almost like they're irritated you're there, ordering or paying them. That pretty much set the tone. The food is like a glorified Hooters with nothing good on the menu. The bathrooms were dirty and most of the sinks didn't work. We spent $86 on reheated food for dinner and left without even a comment from the 6 people at the the hostess stand (most places with you a good day/night). Total disappointment and this experience proved my husband right that we should've gone elsewhere.

American Burger was not good at all for the price. Burger and fries were cold. Fries were a little soggy. Kevin was cool until he walked away and attended other customers. Vaguely did he come and follow up to see if I need anymore Ice tea. The other female bartender working the middle section of the Bar, completely ignored me. I requested a refill of ice tea. She told me yes, but never gave my refill 20 minutes past by and still nothing. I saw her make several drinks to other staff on duty and off duty several times (shoots, mix drinks and beer) without logging anything in the computer. Regardless, non of my business but she never ask if I needed anything and I'm still waiting on my Ice tea.
I highly suggest that management review my experience and find coaching opportunities for there staff to be more tentative, Courtesy and take care of customers much better.response / report this review -

Online menu is not up to date. Service was very good. Salad greens ok. Steak on salad good. Bathrooms not clean.

Food was very good, attentive service. Jessica our server was very friendly. Wings were good, overall no complaints. We stayed at Normandy Farms Campground, so this was a very short drive. I'd go back again.

Good food, awful service. We visited on 7/22 around 5 pm. The restaurant was not very busy, however it took us far too long to be seated as we were ignored by the girls at the front desk while they chatted about not liking soccer and complained about "getting another rush." We were standing in front of them waiting to be sat at one of the 15 open tables for far too long before one girl finally said to the other "can you put them at that awkward table in the corner?" This girl, however, was too lazy and then asked someone else to do it for her. They made us feel like we were nuisances to them. Once at the awkward table, we finally received decent service and food from our waitress. However, she too began to ignore us when a party of 12 was seated in her section. She walked by us 4-5 times while we were waiting for the check. We definitely will not go back. I would give one star but the tater tots were good.

The pulled pork was a dissapointment. Not bad, but nothing special. I could make this at home; I expect more when I'm out. The diablo chicken I tried was very good though (saved this review from being 1 star).
The beer list is limited with only macro-brews (no offense to Sam and Harpoon); you need to do better. The beer also tasted like it came from lines which have not been cleaned in a LONG time.response / report this review -

Not the worst place, but not the greatest either. Nice atmosphere, but the food was a little blah. The freedom fries were good. The nachos were blah. It looked good, but didn't taste that good. I waited over an hour to be seated. I was expecting the food to be more tasty.
