This place is a great local spot. The quaint location downtown, local owners and friendly staff make it a must visit for lunch or dinner. The food is fresh to order, and they post different specials daily. The salad dressings are homemade and very good. The menu is pretty diverse so it would a while to try everything.

The food is great! Service is awesome. Very good atmosphere. Only negative is the lack of hours being open. I've lived in GA for 2 years, but have only enjoyed this food 3-4 times. And it's bc it's usually not open.

Highly recommend! Tucked away in downtown Waycross, this is one of the best dinners around. They have everything from hotdogs, to voluptuous salads, to juicy stakes. I highly recommend dopping in and enjoying the friendly service and compfy atmosphere and the occasional live music on Friday nights. So stop by and get a taste of downtown Waycross!

They hosted our teachers' end of year luncheon. The food and service were excellent. I even saw the cook come out and give his recipe for the bean dish to a teacher who wanted to know how to prepare it. Great place to grab lunch.

I've been enjoying this unique spot to eat and hang out since it first opened over 20 years ago. With its friendly sarcastic ambiance supplied by the proprietors, the brother sister team of Kevin and Heidi Woods provide a remarkable array of ever changing daily specials backed up by a solid listing of diverse tasty staples. Kevin runs the kitchen and Heidi presides over everything else. This is generally a raucous place where there are no strangers, simply a lot of folks enjoying the food and the atmosphere.
