Was there yesterday.very friendly staff..excellent service, clean waiting area, good prices..hell about the only thing I could find wrong was that they didn't have a USB 3.0 charging cable in their complimentary charging tower, lol. I will be back.very pleased.

I was on a road trip home and my tire started losing air. This came up when I searched and I stopped in. Managed to get new tires at a great price and with quick service. Couldn't be more satisfied, these people are great!

I started to go to tire world on Industry Lane in Frederick, MD in 2016 when I needed tires and the local dealership did not have what I wanted in stock. I was very impressed with the customer service of former employees Dorwin and Rich. And, current employees Dino and Joey. They do a great job multitasking and answering my questions and other customers questions in person and on the phone in an efficient manner.

Mechanic Doug Wade has done a few scheduled maintenance needs on my vehicle. He takes his time to explain maintenance needs for my vehicle in a polite, detailed and easy understandable manner. He is detailed and conscientious! He is my designated mechanic for my vehicle from now on . I give this shop an A plus plus plus!!!

Tire World took great care of me and my car! Blew out my tire hitting curb and needed it taken care of ASAP. Brought car in the staff was amazing. They got my new tire on and get me on my way. I will bring all my cars back for future tire needs and when times comes I will be back to use auto repair services. Great supporting locally owned and family run business!!!

I have had perpetually exceptional service in both routine (oil change/tires) and more advanced (brakes/safety related) service needs. I trust them with vehicles driven by my Spouse and Daughters.

They do not suggestive sell you into poverty; focusing on what is important, while educating even the most novice customer on the overall "system" health of their vehicles. You won't get fleeced!

This kind of no-nonsense approach earns solid reviews and repeat customers; the true measure of business success.

I spoke to Brent on the phone on a Saturday and he walked me through my tire options based on my 'wish list'. On the following Monday when I arrived he remembered our conversation and went right to getting the work order taken care of. Perfectly reasonable price point on the tires I bought and then had brake service and alignment added. All done in approximately four hours and they even stowed my "wienie" spare tire for me in the car storage area - that was a nice touch. Professional and courteous manner by all I encountered. Thanks all!
