My company vehicle needed the spare put on and they told me they couldn’t do a quick 30 minute tire swap because they’re too booked out. Also took my car there last week, and now my radio in my car doesn’t work and when I told them it was working fine before I gave it to them for care, they said it was nothing they could do. They’ll never get my business again!!

This place needs more than just a 5 star rating!! They go above and beyond the call of duty to assist you with all your car needs with VERY reasonable prices!! Do not take your car for "service" to these rip off hacks. They will tell you something bigger is going on to charge you more. I had a simple task of needing a tire sensor programmed. Told the desk clerk I needed a tire pressure sensor programmed, which I just bought the day before from AutoZone, and had a new rim, tire and sensor installed by a local tire guy who did not have the programming tool. Took it to these Yahoo's couple days later and while waiting for service, got a call an hour later from the desk clerk stating the tire pressure system needed to be totally reset. When I got my bill it stated they charged me for another sensor, installation and the system reset. Lost business

What a great auto shop. I have come to them multiple times with car troubles I couldn't quite figure out myself. Within an hour or two the problem was correctly diagnosed, and vehicle ready for pickup when they said it would be.

I would particularly like to mention the honest mechanics that work here.

I requested a 4 wheel alignment in advance of a cross country drive I would be making, and they checked alignment for free, ultimately deciding it was within specifications. Thanks for saving me the $$, and retaining business in doing so.

I hypothesized some driveline components may need replacing so requested u-joint replacement, they determined the current u-joints were fine and found the problem elsewhere. Again, saving me the $$ they could have easily billed me for anyway.

Nice folks, until you call them out on their work! They are a sorry excuse for a repair shop, the only thing they can do is replace part after part after part, they cannot diagnosis a problem, unless the computer tells them.
The mechanics should be in high school or at least a trade school to learn to be mechanics! After 4 trips to get repairs, they say " we hate those systems, they were no good from the start", take it to the dealer!
Well, that's what I recommend, save yourself some time and money and go to the dealer the first time, at least if they don't fix the problem right, it doesn't cost you more when you take it back for the same issue!
