My experience was very unprofessional, not calling back when they said they would on 3 occasions. Gave me the run around on parts for over 2 weeks then called me in to reevaluate my car and make sure they had the parts right, never even looked at my car and referred me to another service center. Walked into holly ridge tire and they ordered the part that day and scheduled to service the next day. Very confused considering my whole family gets serviced at costal car care and never had any issues, one even has the same year and model make. Unfortunately very inconvenient and confusing to say the least.

We recently moved to Surf City from NJ. The first really warm day I turned on my AC and got hot air. Ugh. Took my car to Coastal Car Care today, based on all the excellent reviews, and was very favorably impressed. Very nice facility, extremely friendly folks, great work at a more-than-fair price. We will most definitely be back!

I was having issues with my Jeep and went to Coastal Car Care. Not only were they friendly and professional but they took my Jeep right in and it was fixed in less than 2 hours. I would recommend them to everyone. I will never use another shop.

This is an amazing facility and the workers are amazing. They do not charge if there is no work to be done. I brought my 2013 Dodge Avenger I'm to have the brakes checked. The techniation came to me and stated the "brakes are in excellent condition". There was no charge because there was no work to be done. As a Veteran they also offer 10% off to active duty and retired military. They are partnered with Napa and all products come with 2 year/24,000 mile warranty. Coastal Care Center DOES NOT CHARGE the outrageous dealer part, labor, and taxe fees when pricing. It is a truly professional facility and the quality of work is a 5 of 5 ✔. If you are looking for top rate parts, techniations, excellent warranties, and top notch prices then go to Coastal Car Care.
