Update 12/17/2017

Today it's really just a bad day for Tin Drum. My understanding is that the cook is not there. The other one who is filling in is not trained well enough to do this. I had to return my order. They are out of sauteed chicken and some ingredients. Customers are upset. Orders are taking very long to cook Over 35 minutes for me. They've apologized, but short of closing the door today, there's not much that the young employees can do.

Just a very bad day for them. The young staff cannot handle the pressure before them and they shouldn't have to.

November update.

Things continue to improve. The new renovations have finally completed allowing for more seating. The food is good and the rotation of new menus adds some interesting food flares.

Things have really improved!

We've been trying them out again and are impressed with the changes. Edgar at the front always provides a warm welcome (we missed him) and the cooks seem to have stepped it up. The new menu seems to provide some excitement, but I still think some creativity could be given to the kids menu.

What changed? The quality of the food has just fallen off for some reason. We've been disappointed each of the last few times hoping it would getting better, but again today the order was wrong and didn't taste the greatest. BTW, bring back the full children's menu.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Do you really like quick decent asian food? Then this place IS NOT for you. They have created a model that works well and completely ruined it. Let me explain. I used to eat here often because my daughter loved it. We would call ahead, order, and pick it up. It was GREAT! Then, they became more advanced and released a handy dandy app. It was fantastic to order from. Well, unless you have a child and want to order from the kids menu. It's not at option that this location on the app. Other locations let you order from the kids menu, but NOT here. Strike 1. I got over it and just called ahead the kids menu. Problem solved. Fast forward a month or so and the app was sporadically down at this location ONLY. While I say sporadically, it is fairly often. Annoying, but no big deal since I can call. Well, there's where the biggest issue is. The phone number on the website, app, Yelp, Google is all INCORRECT or they just DON'T ANSWER. I verified the last time I came in to order to go and wait 30 minutes for food that I should have had to wait for and they said the # was correct. Last night I went in to order and called the number in front of the guy and the phone literally DID NOT ring. They still swear that the number is correct and there must be a 1 time issue. This place needs some management attention badly. The food quality there is hit or miss, but for the most part, I'd give it 3 or more stars based on what I would expect, but I can't get over the only way to get take out here is to drive to the store, wait in line, and then wait another 30 minutes for the food to be prepared when there was a much easier way to eat here.

First time eating at Tin Drum will be my last. Purchased Coconut Soup and Pad Thai. Both were incredibly bland. Soup was watery and tasted like lukewarm onion milk. Pad Thai was completely devoid of flavor. Note to chef: shredded carrots are a garnish on this dish, not an ingredient. Giving 2 stars because I've never eaten here before and it might have been a fluke.

BAD, BAD, BAD, and I don't mean that in a good way. I had the Tin Drum Chicken and it was absolutely awful. I took one bite and trashed it. This is not the first time, shame on me for going back there. I keep hoping they will get their act together. What is the problem??? I am contacting the Corporate Office. They need to step in and get you people to step up. One star is too much.

Great place honestly I'd come here again came in got welcomed and I loved it honestly came here with my Significant other and we both loved the place! Great place to get some great delicious food! I recommend! Delicious sesame chicken!

Good Asian bowls, Pad Thai, Saigon Bowl, Basil Fried Rice.
Quick and clean.
Very casual. Child friendly.
Several ice teas available
Asian flavored.
Only negative. Young food runner, almost running to deliver bowls. Noodles hanging off bowls. Almost dropping them.2nd trip she bring crispy 3 Pots tickers in plastic tray with dipping sauce. This does spill. After my hubs was finished, she grabs his bowl, runs back , grabs the plastic boat, doesn't ask us, if we were finished , there was half a pots ticker left..spills the soy all over.
Still doesn't acknowledge us at all. Comes back with rag to clean up.
What is this service level !!

Honestly, this is crazy good food at a low price, and FAST. I don't see why people have rated this place so low. It was my first time going to this restaurant and I'm pleasantly surprised! I tried the pad woon sen. Plenty of spice and flavor. The chicken was juicy. I'll definitely be coming back for lunch again!

Simply cool, easy to order, super fast and tasty. There is not a lot of options on menu they do a dozen things very well and stick to that. Portions are nice.

Inconsistent. While staff is always friendly quality of food varies from great to send it back. Sometimes fast service other times slow. Have even used order ahead app and waited 20 minutes after arriving. Gonna stick with them though cause when they have it together, it is enjoyable.

This place is so bad They use microwave rice that is horrible and charge you for extra sauce. That's not what was so bad. They brought the sauce out after the meal was already gone. Also are two dishes we ordered came out 10 min apart. I went up asked for my sauce that I paid for and thee cooks did not even give it to her and I got my money back. This place is horrible on so many levels and the kitchen staff needs some help cooking

Usually a great place to get some good food. Mango Chicken is one of my favorites. However, at this location the food quality is hit or miss. Today and recently in the past I had to ask for my order after they either forgot or gave to the wrong person. Someone needs to step in and figure out how to improve this location.

This location has been on a steady decline for some time now. If you have been to any other tin drum and are expecting a similar awesome experience with great food, prepare to be disappointed. This location is awful. The staff is never friendly and they can never get an order correct. I tried to give them a second chance but after messing up my order twice by putting meat on it and correcting it by simply taking it off the plate I am done with them making me sick because of this. I have been a vegetarian for many years due to medical reasons and always go through every precaution to make sure it is safe to eat but was lied to by the staff and given attitude when I was concerned. If I could give them less stars I would.
