Wonderful service. I got spicy deep dish pizza and it was very good. Nothing out of this world, but definitely worth a try. A little pricey in my opinion, but still a solid pizza place.

DEEP DISH PIZZAS WE'RE SOOOO GOOD!! My husband and I got a medium and it was plenty of food. We took some home and it was still great for 2 days! Our waiter was so nice! He recommended some appetizers that were delicious! Definitely going back again!

My first time here was great! Everyone enjoyed their pizza. I definitely look forward to going back. Great service and our waitress June was the best! She was very friendly and attentive.

The guy who greeted us at the door was awesome. Our server made us feel as though we were invisible most of the time she hardly checked on us it took nearly an hour for the pizza to be served i think she forgot to put in the order and avoided any eye contact with us for a long time. The food was good. I'd go again but not if i was in a hurry.

It's worth the wait! If you're ordering for take out, allow at least an hour depending on the day & time. Plan ahead on weekends & game days. And skip the thin crust all together! That ain't what they do here. Go deep dish or don't go at all!!

Went there for lunch with a co-worker, we were seated right away. Took a little longer than it should have but man, the Lot a meat deep dish was awesome. I have friends coming from South Carolina in a couple of weeks and we are coming there for dinner!

When I went on a busy Friday night I was seated quickly and our waiter was super nice! However, the pizzas we ordered were less than great. I ordered the deep dish and it was awful. The sauce was bland and overpowered the pizza. The cheese tasted cheap and got cold really quickly. it was super expensive for the quality and taste to be lacking. The salad was the best thing I ordered. I won't be returning.

It was Delicious. Faster than promised. Delivered by a smiling, courteous driver. A remarkable value as I now have a quick lunch tomorrow, and dinner tomorrow night as well.. My only disappointment was that I' on a tight budget and couldn't hand the driver a whole $40. She and Nancys deserved it.

Just ordered from Nancy's Chicago Pizza - Midtown from my hotel downtown. The distance between the two is less than 2 miles. However, my pizza was an hour later than the promised arrival time. When I called, they apologized profusely saying they were behind and had only one delivery driver. I totally understand. What I don't understand is why they wouldn't call and let me know so i didn't spend 45 minutes waiting in the hotel lobby. 25 minutes before it arrived, I called and was told the pizza was on it's way.
When my order arrived, the pizza was decent, warm, not hot. My salad order was incorrect. I called and explained my situation to the manager who apologized and refunded my salad price but made no comment about the hour I mentioned waiting extra for the pizza.
Maybe this experience is better dine-in. The food was good, but not worth having the wrong dinner an hour later than I was promised .response / report this review -

Place was super busy but was seated within 2 minutes of arrival. Food was fresh and right out of the oven hot! The atmosphere was very light and casual. Mixture of locals tho the area and others. Be prepared that every TV is on baseball so you might have to endure some Red Sox ball but nice Sunday night outing

Thirty min to go order means get there after forty min and wait another twenty and it was cold to boot. Decent food but Domino's treats me better with both quality and service. Savage is much better tasting for a much better price. Delivery driver our front was super nice though so I guess they aren't all terrible.

The pizza was really great, which is the whole reason we went to Nancy's. We had the deep dish with toppings we chose and we were both impressed. We got potato wedges to start because we figured they'd be quick and we were starving, but you get very little for what you pay for them. So that was disappointing. And the pizza was very pricey. I understand there aren't a lot of places to get decent deep dish pizza in Atlanta, but $35 for potato wedges and a pizza just felt like a lot. Regardless, we'll probably go back once in a blue moon whenever we just really want deep dish.

I ordered a medium lots of meat online for my son at Georgia Tech. Let me tell y'all this. I ordered for a specific time. The driver arrived on the minute. Not only did the driver arrive on time, but called me to tell me he had arrived at my son's dorm at Ga Tech. He let my son know where he was standing. I called him to let him know he had a special delivery. He was so shocked!! We have been wanting to come in, but time is always a factor. My son said this was the best pizza he has ever had!! He was so surprised how heavy it was!! The deep dish pizza is worth every cent you pay. I will only order pizza from Nancy's from now on.

Had lotsa meat deep dish and had lots to bring home for later. Very good pizza. Perfect amount if sauce, cheese, and meat. Crust was delicious. They were busy since the Falcons game was on and I didn't care for where we were seated (felt more like sitting in the kitchen than a dining area) but the food was wonderful. Glad we made the trip and fought the parking to have lunch there!

Great customer service! The wait is so long especially when there is another side to the restaurant I don't know but I hope my next time experience is better. The pizza is great! The wings was good the sauce is better than most restaurants I had tried before. Just be careful when you order the deep dish it's seem small but you be full quick!
