We were here for Christmas party in the afternoon. The service was great and the food was delicious!! Would definitely come here again.

First the good: the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had large party with a lot of kids and they were welcoming and gracious.
Second the average: Food was pretty average. Things started out well with a couple good appetizers (crab fries and pulled pork and waffles), but our entrees ranged from just ok to not very good. I had the Thai salad, it wasn't bad, but left me a bit disappointed.
Third the bad: service was SLOW! And that's with consideration given to the size of our party. That said, the excellent staff recognized how slow our food was to come out and have us free ice cream. Ultimately, the staff made an otherwise mediocre meal a decent experience. I'd be willing to come back and give them another chance.

I have had the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. I haven't been there for 4 months and my service was fabulous. We had the best service as we sat at the bar. The 2 bartenders Andrew and Jared were fantastic and knowledgeable on the food and drinks. We went in recently and the service was atrocious and the bartender didn't know how to make the drinks we ordered. I will never go in again.

It was a rainy mess today so we headed to Timbers! It was packed, so I guess everyone else had the same idea! The craft beer selection was great. I tried the Starving Artist, was told it was local. It was very good! I was super hungry so ordered the fried cauliflower as an appetizer. It came with two sauces, both yummy. Ordered the Broasted Chicken and it was the BEST I've ever had! Ordered a second Starving Artist! I enjoyed the atmosphere! It's trendy and comfortable. Three huge TVs over the bar, which my man liked. We both were stuffed and happy! I highly recommend. Heard they have a night life too- DJ? We'll be back to see about that!

My boyfriend and I are venturing out of our comfort spots while we are in Ludington and trying new places. That being said I'm super excited I fought him to go here. Really good food galore. Great service and it doesn't hurt the wallet. It's a comfortable place and we are planning to go back.

My wife and I shared our wedding dinner there. From first meeting to our event, Timbers owner, chef and staff were accommodating, friendly did everything they could to make us happy. Thanks to their hard work and attention to the details we demanded, our evening was perfect! The salmon is perfect and the ribeye was among the best steaks I've ever eaten. And they did it for fifty people at once! Thanks again guys!!

As a long-time visitor of Ludington, Timbers of Ludington is a wonderful new addition to the local restaurant scene. The main dining atmosphere is warm and inviting and features an ample menu with reasonably priced items for the quality of food. The fact that Timbers is family owned and operated and offers fresh alternatives vs. bar fare is refreshing--plus the restaurant is suitable for children. I recently enjoyed the fresh perch dinner and it came with several large pieces of fish, coleslaw and a heap of fries. On another occasion during lunch, I tried a sandwich wrap with a grilled side salad instead of fries. It was busy during our recent visit, but we were not pressed for time and just enjoyed chatting plus a beer at the bar while waiting for a table. They have a nice craft beer selection, and feature many local brews on tap. We plan to try the outdoor deck and order a beverage and/or appetizers on our next visit. Caught several live bands upstairs in the Timber Loft. If you sit on the outdoor deck, you can hear the music indoors and enjoy the night sky.

The food was fresh, very well prepared & full of unique flavors!!! I had the Atlantic salmon & my daughter had a turkey sandwhich. You could tell our food was made by a chef because each dish was prepared differently than we've ever had them before. We'll definitely be going back! I can't wait to taste their shrimp & grits! Let's not forget the stafffrom the food to the service. They all know their craft- very professional, very friendly. This is definitely Ludington's top pick for places to eat!

Awesome food. Great waitress, friendly, very informative. Very nice and relaxing inside. All food is made fresh every time just for you. Grassfed beef a great plus for those of us with food allergies. Will most definitely pass the word of the mouth watering burger but the New York cheesecake was to die for. Was a perfect end to our day of putting our beloved dog down. We wanted to celebrate his life and this was the perfect place to do so. Thank You for Blessing us with your restaurant and employees. Hats off to the chef! Awesome..

FANTASTIC!!!! Almost everything is made from scratch THAT DAY! Grass fed beef. Staff said that the fish is filleted on site. Menu is almost completely different from lunch to dinner. Staff and atmosphere are wonderful. Will definitely come again. Cheesecake can make you die happy. Bourbon brownie was also very good.
