I spend way too much time here. Always friendly staff and good snack collection. The food is always in great condition and it seems they often have an extra warm item, as compared to other Delta lounges. Great bartenders.

The agents are cold and unhelpful. They can't help you with skymiles info, info about the club, or even seem interested in selling you into the cards. It seems like a very cold environment and I am sure it isn't anything special anymore. Used to be a great thing. Not so much anymore. The one in Indy was no exception.

Nice as usual but small, often crowded. They seem to always have hot dogs, which I haven't seen at any other SkyClub.

So the front door staff seems a little too stuck up. It's an airport lounge for goodness sakes. I had a terrible experience with the front desk today. Just a heads up, priority pass members are not welcomed here.

Not very good. Asked bar tender to wrap my bagel and she informed me that her staff manager would not allow it. She was extremely friendly in saying no.
