Delivered in 15 minutes after 1st call!! I called at 5am on a Sunday. Great service, driver pete was great at setting dumpster exactly where I needed it in the dark! Best part no damage to concrete like the other company I would ked with in the past!

Rented a dumpster from this company in 2021 and had a great experience. However, this year I rented a dumpster and though I was quoted $400 to 450 for the dumpster I was charged $550 as I was told that I had mattresses in the dumpster and that I was outside of their operating zone as I requested a dumpster delivery in Carson City.

The website states nothing about additional charges for any type of item. I was not told there would be any type of additional charge for being in Carson City. In fact, the website says that they cover Carson City.

I called the person in charge of this company to discuss the charges and was told that, even though it had only been 7 days since my original price was quoted, that the price at the dump went up. Then he said that there is an additional charge for being outside of their service zone. Then he said I had mattresses in my dumpster - which I did not. He told me he would send photos and call me back. He never called back and never sent the photos.

I would highly recommend getting the cost of your dumpster in writing before dealing with this company and to not be on any type of schedule as they never drop off or pick up the dumpster on time. The owner/operator is also difficult to get ahold of and is also not helpful when discussing any type of issue.
