Fantastic and timely response. Our service provider was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and thorough. I would absolutely call them again for any plumbing problem.

Alex came to my home to see why my toilet was not flushing. He ran a camera down (he said 80')the sewer drain and determined that my clay pipes had lots of roots and was clogging up. He showed me the photos. He ran a snake down and came up with some roots. He then informed me that I need my sewer line replaced (95 feet). He quoted me $13,000. I contacted another company and got an estimate done from them. They quoted $2,000. They came two days later and replaced the sewer line (approximately 50' not the 95') and showed me the old clay pipes. The clay pipes were clean and no roots. It just amazes me how Alex can give me a quote of $13,000 with a straight face and able to sleep at night. Who's pictures was the camera using because it wasn't mine. Your company is is trying to scare and scam people. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and contacting the Attorney General about your fraudulent company. The one star review should be a no star review.

This will be the second time I have used Mr. Rooter services. Corey was very professional and easy to communicate with. He explained what repairs would be needed and why. He answered any and all questions and made me feel like I wasn't annoying him. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to others!

One star is generous!
Have used this company in the past and have been happy with the service.
Last fall I had them come out and winterize our home, again the technician was nice and I even gave them a 5 star review.
However, when we came back from Fl in the spring we had a pipe that had frozen and broke.
A technician came out but told us it would be $300 to fix one pvc pipe. I felt it was way too much, when it was their fault in the first place, so after some negotiations we settled on $150, again should have been fixed for free!
Today, I decided to give them another try and called to make an appt, initially they were wide open on the day we selected, but all of a sudden they were “booked” up, after some questioning I was told we had been blacklisted,
So, in closing, be very careful with this company, apparently they do not stand behind their work, they are unprofessional and god help you when they are called back to fix an issue!!
BTW, when the technician who was the “go to” person for winterizing , when he was here fixing the issue let it slip that there were others that had issues with his winterizing work!
My best advice is to get someone else to do your winterizing!response / report this review -

My elder mother used this company. They charged her $3320.36 to replace her water heater. The replacement was $2415.98 for 40 gallon tank. This is ridiculous! They will rip off vulnerable people. I will be reporting this to BBB.
