  Tim has been an AMAZING real estate agent. Incredibly understanding of the market and the area but most importantly treated me so well and took care of any question I had and was always so flexible in scheduling appointments, viewings, etc. I would recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy a house in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA area. Tim is an honest real estate agent who I wholeheartedly trust and now consider a friend. Working through one of the toughest times in real estate, Tim was able to find and help me close on the perfect home for me. Hire Tim and you'll be SO happy you did!

  Tim is an incredible agent! My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the process of working with him or with the result, as he helped us buy our dream home in Highland Park in April 2022. He was extremely effective in all the ways buyers look for (especially in this wild seller’s market): he was knowledgeable about Pittsburgh houses and neighborhoods (we looked in Highland Park, Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, Point Breeze, Friendship, East Liberty, and Lawrenceville); highly effective in communicating with us and with other agents, sellers, mortgage lenders, and inspectors; and skilled at thinking through options for crafting the best offer. On top of this, he was an absolute delight to work with. He was always reachable by text message and phone calls and he was very flexible in working around our schedule, as we were moving from out-of-state and often had to make quick trips to Pittsburgh. We had a great time touring houses with him and we especially appreciated how quickly he “got” our tastes and preferences. Finally, Tim helped us think through all the options for making the best offer, and we’re so grateful to have closed on our house after a smooth process. We can’t recommend Tim highly enough! He’s the best!

  Tim is a phenomenal realtor! More than meeting us at multiple showings and walking us through the home purchase/mortgage process (which by itself would have been enough), he got to know us, our interests, and our values in order help us find the right place. He asked the right questions at the right time and kept us and any third parties involved on track through the entire process. While his execution and organization was stellar, we equally enjoyed his calm demeanor and sharp wit. Overall, Tim was a pleasure to work with and we would hire him again in a heartbeat.

  I just relocated from Boise, ID to Pittsburgh and I can't say enough about how excellent Tim has been in helping me find the right house in the right neighborhood! He knows the area well and has a lot of family history here, so he grasps the unique character, flavor, and vibe of the neighborhoods, not just the $$ and market details. Tim is kind, respectful, thorough, and really listens, which made me like him from our very first phone meeting. It was a *huge* leap of faith for me to make this move, and having someone I knew I could completely trust on the Pittsburgh end of things was essential. The offer, negotiations, inspection, and closing all went smoothly thanks to Tim's care with all the details.
